Took myself out for breakfast. I felt comfortable eating alone, service is the best even when dining alone. Since you pick your own seat you don't have to be stuck by the bathrooms. My waitress was super efficient and friendly. As always the food came fast and hot. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend.
Absolutely worst experiences I’ve had. I’ve tried giving this place a chance 3/4 times and each time I have ended with the same server hoping for a different experience but nope not at all. Food was okay but as far as service. There is a worker named Brittany who is EXTREMELY rude and has the worst attitude and she has been every visit. Not just with me but other customers as well. I refuse to return until she is fired!
I placed a mobile order and found out that my order wasn’t even acknowledged. I could have just came and ordered in the store or called to prevent longer wait. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. These workers should be more observant. What is the point of ordering online being an option if it will get overlooked?!
It's the waffle house... This was our go-to place after a night of partying back in the day and after being away for 20 years it was nice to just sit, relax, and enjoy a breakfast meal for dinner.
The hash browns were not hot enough to melt the cheese and the ham was COLD! The waitress forgot my grits and I had to ask for them. My daughter picked up her bacon and a big chunk of burnt grease from the grill fell off it. Part of my Christmas with my daughter, her favorite breakfast spot, was very disappointing to say the least.
The atmosphere was dreary. Food was good. Our server Cody was awesome. Better than most Waffle House.
Not about food.. Applied there for a certain position, which they didn't have available and said I bet sherwood has one available and you'd be perfect, go there for an interview the next day just for them to tell me don't have one available but you can be an over night waitress.. No sir I'm good. Then I get a email a week letter saying they weren't closing me but thanks for the interest.. 😂😂😂 No im sorry it was me that didn't chose yall. Still like my waffle house food or some anyway so no complaints there.

There was a problem with our payment method but they didn't care and allowed us to keep the food. When we promised to return and pay they even acted like they weren't too worried about it. What amazing/incredible staff!
