Waffle House - Breakfast restaurant in Laplace - 4304 Main St, USA

The customer service here is amazing. They have someone open the door for you. You’re greater by every staff member there. They were so welcoming. I actually didn’t eat, I stopped in to use the restroom because the restroom at the gas station next door was out of order. Everyone was so polite, welcoming, friendly, & had smiles on their faces. The energy was so happy and positive. I was disappointed my family missed out on eating here. We stayed at the hotel across the street and slept in. Definitely plan on eating here if we ever come back to visit!

Overall the staff were nice, we received our to go order in a reasonable amount of time. However, I did try to call the store 4 times to speak with someone about my food quality and did not receive an answer, so I am posting the feedback instead. My grits had a very large pice of burned plastic in it. I discovered it because I originally ate it thinking it was grits, and when I felt the hardness I took it out thinking it was maybe the dry part of grits when it cools… It was not, it appeared to be the plastic from a bread loaf bag. Unacceptable… Also, 2/3 of my waffles had raw batter around the entire outside. I had to give my baby the chocolate chip waffle because it was the only one fully cooked; and my husband and I just had to pick all the raw pieces off. My eggs were also severely undercooked, I ordered them over hard and received over easy eggs. I am a very disappointed because the first time I ate here, the food was great and I had no complaints, and this time the qualities was completely subpar.

Got baccon cooked beyond crispy. Was served coffee in a dirty cup. Found hair in my eggs. Served hashbrowns that weren't cooked all they way. Staff seemed somewhat nice.

Best waffle house I've been to in Louisiana. It was super clean. Harmony in the kitchen. Food came outdoor quickly. Lisa c. Chatty waitress but extremely fast nice and good. Michael the manager runs a good restaurant... Definitely stop by. Food delicious

As soon as a customer steps into the door, they are greeted with a genuine warm friendly smile and "Good Morning! Welcome to Waffle House!" Service was excellent, order was correct, and my food was cooked just the way I liked! I would Store #1027, 10 stars!

walked in and was greeted by NOBODY for 20 mins then saw a HUGE ROACH on the wall above the grills left and found somewhere else to eat 😂

Food was wonderful. Our Waiter, Seth, was very nice and attentive. I would have given 5 stars but it was so chaotic due to a couple of the waitress yelling at each other.
