Very friendly staff. The most well-done hashbrowns I've seen. A lot of people but very quick. Atmosphere amongst staff were very friendly and positive. Good food and good atmosphere. A good start in my day.

Came here late at night. It was only two people working the store an employee and a manager (which was in the office at the time while the employee ran the entire front of the store alone). I ordered two Allstar specials, asked for my eggs scrambled with cheese and no toppings on my hash brown. I didn’t check my order before leaving which was my first mistake. Neither of the orders had cheese on the eggs nor scrambled and one order came with cheese on the hash brown. The order was missing an entire waffle and the waffle we did have was half cooked and doughy and we had to remove the uncooked parts from the waffle. 0/10 would not recommend. If I have to pay extra for cheese and things I expect to receive it. Paid $24.50 and the order was not at all what I asked for.

Easily could’ve been 5 stars, big wafflehouse fan. Food is great, service is premium, clean restaurant. The “salesperson” or whatever their job is supposed to be, Theo, is extremely unsettling. Stands in the middle of the restaurant doing nothing but staring at customers. Barely says a word and stands awkwardly close to customers in the waiting room. The cooks looked in good spirit, out waitress was perfect, but Theo seemed like they brought their personal problems into work today; they don’t know how to communicate with positive etiquette. Saying “ welcome to wafflehouse “ isn’t a job or customer service. Made the environment a bit weird but I won’t let that define the restaurant. Overall great experience still, would’ve been perfect without Theo.

Absolutely no complaints. Clean restaurant. Good hot fresh and tasty affordable food. And one of the few restaurants still honoring veterans with a military discount. Thanks, B

This WH delivers the expected experience. Food and staff were good, and my coffee cup was never empty. Plus, it was training day (always fun).

friendly, quick and great service and food, server named Coco was always attentive to my table and food came out delicious

9/15 - was trying to make a call in order and no one was answering to pull up and see maybe 3 people eating and tried calling again and they just looked at the phone not attempting to answer after many attempts. I’ll never bring my service back here

Fast service. Ordered over medium eggs and they were cooked perfect. Friendly service. Easy in and out off of Opelika Road with a light. Will definitely go back.
