Waffle House - Breakfast restaurant in Trussville - 1128 N Chalkville Rd, USA

Enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Very helpful server explained that city ham was boneless with less salt and the atmosphere was like being in a cafe where everybody knows everyone.

Sadly I wanted to eat Waffle House and they had the online ordering blocked and refused to take an order over the phone. I was working and only had to run and pick up the order instead of going there, waiting to give my order, wait for it to be cooked and drive back to work. What is the use of "online" if it never works. This is not my first time trying to order online from this location. Then as I got through to the young lady, she was very rude and told me to order online if I didn't want to wait instore. As I informed her that I could not get through she just said, "well I will call my boss but we can't take phone orders anymore". I feel there will be much money lost at this location and yet every time I pass, the workers are either outside smoking or sitting inside playing on their phones. Smh, the concept was to have good food fast, not rude service.

Always have a great experience from the wait staff and the people on the grill. Only subtracting 1 star because I've been several times where they were to-go only, Or in between shifts with a 30-40 minute wait, or the previous shift didn't prep.

The place was empty. The waitress, so friendly. Food, it was the same steak sandwich and my sorta hash browns. For the first time I couldn't finish, but it was good food. YUM! As always.

Completely satisfied my late night hunger with great service and great food! Must give a shoutout to Felicia, my waitress, for serving me with the best attitude and biggest smile at 1 AM like it was the middle of the day! She deserves all the love in the world!

I stopped by my local Waffle House. Julian and Ebony were on shift and they were handling business! Julian was cooking fast and was serious about great food. It was hot, fresh, and accurate! Ebony served my Texas Bacon, Egg, and cheese quickly with a smile and the steam was coming off the sandwich. Great food tonight! I've decided this is the A-Team. They worked the entire place by themselves. No complaints, no playing around, just good food, fast. 💯

I work with the public daily in customer service so here is all I'm going to say..... If a customer tell you their order and you come bring me my food ask if I want jelly I say yes but I ask for grits instead of hash browns not gonna argue I'll eat what ever but don't turn to the cooks and stomp your foot and scream 4 times I need a bowl of grits.sweetie it's not that big of a deal but had another server bring them and no jelly still the waitress ignored me never got a refill never asked how the food was or how I was doing didn't have me my check. When I go up to pay you ask cash or card okay cool it's card but the second o only but a $1 tip on there you gonna cuss under your breath to your co workers. I've worked food service you didn't deserve the dollar but I know how much y'all get paid. So let this be your lesson sweetie when you read this you get what you deserve when you provide a great experience not asking for a lot but some common decency. I am a large tipper if you just do your job. I'll come back and I hope you provide a better service is all I ask 😘
