Waffle House - Breakfast restaurant in Middleburg - 1537 Blanding Blvd, USA

This Waffle House was clean, nicely decorated for the holidays, the staff was friendly, the food was on par and our waitress LuLu was awesome. She took very good care of us. She is great! All around good vibes. Would come here again.

I'm sure we've all had a pretty "not so great" WaHo experience before. Whatever that experience was, it won't happen here! The staff is top notch. Friendly, accomodating and attentive. Tony is awesome. V, awesome. CC, awesome. They create a comfortable environment you want to return to.

AWSOME AWSOME crew working at approximately 7 PM on 01-13-2024. The food came out hot and fast, everything cooked perfectly. I did not catch the name of our waitress. Her hair had a blue or purple streak in it. She was very friendly with a great attitude. The one and only cook was one top of his game. I watched him work, and he did an amazing job. Waffle house, you need to give these two employees a raise and bonus. They are both Great workers, and it showed in just the time I was there.

Waffle House is definitely one of my go to’s during the week nights after a long shift. Usually after 10pm the staff and kitchen are pretty busy but they execute on a very professional and productive level. Today being 1/2/2024, I decided to take my friends there to have shared experience, however it was somewhat busy, the service was just terrible. Our server MARIA wasn’t very attentive whatsoever let alone engaging. My friends eggs were made incorrectly, the other person had shells all in her eggs, and I found hair in my hashbrowns. I get it, there’s a lot going on, however, the service could’ve made the meals more tolerable if she actually cared. Once addressed to remake the eggs, she decided to not make it a priority and walked away doing sidework and talking to other tables while we sat there with uneasy feelings and no food. Let alone our waffles never made it to the table, the condiments weren’t dropped, and the drinks were never refilled. I have high hopes for another location to kinda restore how I feel, but today was embarrassing. I will never return during mid morning hours again.

Service is below average. The ladies and gentlemen working look burned out. We watched a waitress grimace when she found out she had to wait on a table of six. Our waiter never smiled. We had to get my eggs redone because the first ones came out incorrect. When I asked for a diet to go I got a cup for what I hadn’t finished. Which after thirty minutes was mostly water down flavorless nothing. I think they just wanted to get us ‘in and out’. The food itself was good. I miss the spark this place use to have. It use to be one of my favorite go to places. Now it’s just a place I’d rather pass on by.

James was cooking and answering questions with a smile. He made my visit even better....he admitted to making the grits (always my favorite) before I could tell him how delicious they were and my waffle was just the way I wanted it. I will be back soon! Love this location and the staff! Top tier breakfast here! Love it

Food is average, and a little pricey. The people were nice, but horrible service. I had to ask several time for coffee, and remind them several times for an incomplete order, and then I would get it my order in phases. It was NOT busy it was after lunch. Everyone is just standing around. Not good experience. $34.00 for 2 people. Not worth it. One good thing - No fights in this W.H.

Waffle House in Middleburg is the worst for service. People came in after us and were waited on and order place while we were sitting there waiting. Cook had his food delivered from Door Dash. Guess he doesn't like his cooking either. With 6 waitresses you would think they could handle 2 tables at tge same time. 1 waitress on break eating with 2nd waitress talking to her. 3rd waitress walking back and forth carrying 1 dirty dish at a time. 4th waitress waiting on the cook so she could call out her order. And 5th waitress standing around laughing. 6th waitress runs over to take customer after we arrived order. We walked out after they got their drinks and was placing their food order. They were greeted with Welcome to Waffle House when they walked in the door even. We were never even acknowledged. It was like we were ghosts. Talk about cold shoulders.
