Waffle House - Breakfast restaurant in West Monroe - 148 Well Rd, USA

Waffle House. A tried and true favorite. Had an incredible meal thanks to Billy the chef, and I am so sorry but the napkin my two favorite waitresses showed me was used so I lost your names! The food was incredible, we got to talking and found out our birthdays were one day apart. Amazing experience cutting up while waiting for my food to finish up. See the below picture for details, I will be back for the atmosphere, my 2 favorite waitresses, and to talk shop. A great environment to relax and have a great conversation. 2 all stars, extra waffle. Delicious. Luke

As hungry as I was and as nice as the atmosphere and employees were, I refused to eat there or take my food to go. Why??? I couldn't get past ALL the dead and live crickets outside and inside the establishment. I was informed that it was cricket season, which I get and understand. However, McDonald's is directly next door, and even with it being "cricket season", they did not have crickets loitering their entranceway. I understand it may not be the best duty to perform, but your exterior does start the reflection of your establishment. Maybe next visit I will be able to change my review, but until then word of advice ..... parking lot duty should be on your daily checklist to be repeated every few hours. *Everyone in my party took their food to go.

My very first visit to a waffle house. It is ongoing joke with my friends. I gave in and was so happy I did. The waitress Dezzi was sweet and funny and very attentive. Was not mad at the bacon cheeseburger either. Everything was awesome and can't beat the price.

Our breakfast here was great. I also enjoyed watching the manager Kenny cook. He is a great cook. I ordered toast, eggs, bacon, and hasbrowns. Every thing was cooked as I ordered. Also my family's food was cooked correctly. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

I've been eating here for years. Has a mostly blue collar / older clientele. You'll see the occasional dead bug on the floor and window sill being used as a cigarette holder. But more often than not, the table isn't sticky and you'll get great food with great service. At 2am, there won't be fighting rings, beer bowling, or drag racing in the parking lot, but it'll still have that 2am otherworldly Waffle House vibe to it. Occassionally, you'll even get to overhear the staff drama, which is far better than any conversational topics I ususally walk into the place with. The place is so well liked, if you come during peak hours, you'll likely have to stand in line. Highly recommended. *The picture has our server joining in the fun as we celebrated a birthday!*

I do not use the word never very often, but tonight, Never will I ever step foot in a Waffle House, I am sorry I even tried. I am at Dennys across the street now. And so are the other 3 families that walked out before me. A total of 16 people in the 17 minutes left and went across the street. I sat at the bar waiting. After 10 min. She said she would be right with me, and after 17 min, no coffee, no service, but she did take the order for the woman who walked in 12 min. after me.

We ordered the all star breakfast x4. It was all wonderful and server Dajah and manager Kenny did a great job.

I've had some bad Waffle Houses in my time. This one was great! Service was speedy! Food was good! The bathroom was clean!!! I even bought a cup!
