Waffle House - Breakfast restaurant in Pace - 4219 Woodbine Rd, USA

The best waffle house we have ever been to. We are a family of 8 and Amanda was amazing!!! My grandson has celiac and compromised immune system, she cared for him like she would her own. Having chef change gloves, bringing to go silverware and cup, new ketchup. She went so far and above we have never had such service. Absolutely the most caring waitress/person we have ever experienced. The restaurant is clean and such a wonderful staff. Thank you Amanda, you made our morning

I had no problem with the service but the last few times we have been in there the store is so HOT. This was at night so you think it would have been cool but it had to be set at that temperature. The server said she couldnt control it because it was locked.This time it was so hot that the cook literally was SWEATING into our food. Strange because any other waffle house has the air on and it's cool. Could not eat the food after I saw sweating into it. I am considering calling and reporting this. I stopped up there the following week to see if it was fixed and it was NOT.

The staff was attentive and the food was cooked well as we ordered it. My only concern is the cleanliness, or rather the lack of it. There is a difference between aged and dirty. Yes this is an older building, but the contents were dirty and unkept. For example the menu had something crusted on it, the syrup containers were caked with layers of syrup, there was debris on the floor and layers of dust on the fixtures. This was not during an exceptionally busy time. I think its time for a good field day.

20% uncharge for “to go” is outrageous especially when you forget to complete the order twice. I know why they do this because it takes the cook/server away from the patrons. I still expect you to include the onions, cheese, and gravy that I paid for! That’s doing the job. When you have to remake part of the order and still screw it up, it’s unacceptable. This is like the 5th time this has happened to me in the past 2 years. We only eat here like 4 times a year.

Food was pretty good, the staff was really nice, and I spent less than I would have anywhere else for the amount of food I got.. that's always a plus..

I went with my family to Pace Waffle House. Katlyn was our server because I ask for her after the experience that almost made me walk out. I was raised in the south. Country south with a lot of respect. The area we wanted at first was very cold. So I proceeded to take us across the room to another table that was not cleaned off, but the people had already gone. It was obvious. I turned to the staff and I asked will someone please clean this table off so we can sit here the girl that turned and looked at me with a black headed girl with a nose ring and she yelled “WHAT”. Now I am a 60-year-old woman and I do not respond well to what. So as I consider turning around and leaving, I looked at the sweet girl that was standing there with a broom, and her name was Katelyn. I looked her directly in the eyes, and I said, do you mind cleaning our table she quickly jump to doing it very very helpful. Very very kind so then I said, can you be our waitress come to find out it was the other girls area but she said yes, the rest of the experience was wonderful but I say this to say two things young people respect your elders. If you don’t respect your elders, then you are not raised right and second waffle House needs to know that they have people that want the hometown experience when they come to pace for lunch. The one that screams I am from the south.

This place does well at taking care of customers. we always manage to go in when it's really busy and still get good service.

Best place for an early before the sunrise breakfast. Staff was friendly and very quick. Only one small question , why are all Waffle House cold
