Waffle House - Breakfast restaurant in Catoosa - 19260 Timbercrest Cir, USA

Hands down the best experience I've ever had dining, (mind you I've dined at waffle house restaurants all across the country), during waffle house hours at any waffle house I've had the pleasure of dining at. The limited menu, I understand the concept idea'd, but when they finally see the big picture & start next level cheffing the cooks...... Well I know I'll have no need to dine elsewhere!!!

Service is top notch and employees are great. Jason cooks the best eggs. These crazy girls and their mustaches Crack me up. Makes starting a day fun.

After perusing at Hard Rock, hubby and I felt a bit peckish and stopped to eat. We had visited the waffle house a week or so before and our experience was great. The food was good and staff was friendly. Today, however, the food was still good (same cook as before), but our server..... When we came in, she told us to sit wherever we liked, so we sat at the counter. Our server was a mid to late twenties black woman who's name I didn't catch. She asked immediately "IS THIS GOING TO BE SEPARATE OR ARE YOU TOGETHER? " Understandable question, but we say, "TOGETHER ". She took our drink order and gave us menus, and a bit later our order. Long story short, she kept talking about us to her coworker while looking over at us, while suppressing a laugh. She asked me sarcastically was I ok and if I needed some help, simply because I noticed a displaced man with holes in the back of his pants. It was rude and distasteful, how she kept discussing us and laughing. The food was good though

I came and made a to go order which everything was good and great but I didn't leave a tip as I wasn't staying to eat. A few days later the charge updates to include a tip. A tip I never left. So be careful, their employees will tip themselves if you pay with card.

Probably the cleanest Waffle House ever. Great service but unfortunately no fights started while we were there.

Such a great place to eat! Next time you’re in the area you should definitely visit Waffle House! Great food (cooked the way you ask it to be), very friendly staff, clean facilities and very speedy.

We had the pleasure of having Felicia as our waitress. One of the friendliest waitresses we have had in a long time. She made for a great experience at this location. which was great because we drove an hour out of our way just to have waffle house on the drive home from our vacation. The food was great and the manager was friendly as well! Would definitely come back to that location!

I was hesitant to come to a waffle house because most of the ones I've been to have been run down and not clean, BUT, I was dying for some biscuits and gravy.. fast forward to arriving at this location >> I was greeted by 2 people as soon as I walked in the door. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. They went above and beyond to be sure it was exactly how I wanted even asking if I wanted the gravy on top or the side. The food was to die for! I, also, got to witness two new employees being trained. They were treated with utmost respect, given patience, and not talked down to which is rare to see anymore. The manager came out to work on the food with the employees, which again, is a rarity to see these days. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Come here for quality food instead of McDonald's!!!! I forgot to add a pic of the food before inhaling it but my husband and I ended up ordering a platter with biscuits/gravy (best ever not too spicy or salty), eggs, toast, hash browns, and bacon 😋! Edited to add: the speed of service is phenomenal, too!
