Waffle House - Breakfast restaurant in Panama City Beach - 11140 Panama City Beach Pkwy, USA

Arrived around 11 am on a July Saturday morning. Only had 2 people in front of us. Was greeted promptly and sat at a clean table. Knew our order right away and placed that with a round of waters. Food came out promptly followed by 3 warm delicious waffles. Bill for 4 adults was $42. Our server was kind and friendly. Music was great there too. Will be back!

The food was great, and the service was awesome. The teamwork was impeccable 👌.

Best bacon, egg & cheese omelet I've had!! The staff was amazing, and I had a great banter with the cook. He was great!!

Came in after a night out and the servers and the cook were awesome the food was amazing 10/10 highly recommend this location !

My son and I were visiting PCB for the first time in October 2023 when I discovered he was having major reactions to gluten and any seasoning in/on his food. My son has Autism along with cerebral brain signal abnormality. So on top of all that there is almost zero gluten free options when it comes to eating out period and most employees do not care about our food issues or even try to understand . BUT... THANK GOD for AMANDA and JAMES here at this WAFFLE HOUSE at: 11140 Panama City Beach Pkwy, Panama City Beach, FL 32407. To whom I will forever be greatful to for taking the time to listen to my specific needs and concerns, for cleaning off that other grill so my son's pork chops would be sure to have no pepper whatsoever, and for the encouraging words and the very sweet people you are. The food was excellent (pork chops and hashbrowns with cheese)! He loved it and I will always remember your awesomeness!! And KUDOS to WAFFLE HOUSE for having more than a few gluten free menu items. Thanks so very much!!!

The waitress was nice initially, but appeared frustrated after the restaurant got full. The bacon was burnt. The grill cheese was not melted. The waffle came out 15 minutes before the rest of the food. We were provided no butter even after asking. The cook appeared bothered when asked for bacon that wasn’t burnt. Never asked if we wanted a refill or additional drink. I know we’re in times where restaurants are short of staff, but this was unacceptable.

My family and I walked in and they barely greeted us and said “you can sit anywhere you want.” So we told them we wanted to sit at the short bar (which was dirty for minutes before we went in) and one of the waiters said “of course you want to sit here” and gave us a dirty look. We didn’t even want to eat there because it was a bad experience before we even sat down.

Our server was great, The waffle was raw. If you're called waffle House and you mess up a waffle you lose a star. Lol. The place really was clean and organized. I believe the cooks need a little more training.
