Waffle House - Breakfast restaurant in Crestview - 1130 N Ferdon Blvd, USA

Hands down the best waffle house I've ever been to. My girlfriend and I went here for a silly little waffle house date after my debate tournament. The workers were so lovely and they chatted with us and joked around with us, and made a really fun and enjoyable memory out of a simple waffle house visit. The person who served us checked on us several times to make sure all was going well while also creating pleasant conversation. The service was absolutely 10/10. We got a simple chocolate chip waffle and a pumpkin spice waffle (which they put a little heart on with the whipped cream <3), both were really good, the perfect softness and sweetness that waffle house normally has. Overall, an absolutely amazing experience, especially for a waffle house. Definitely my favorite. 10/10

Shout out to the Waffle House and their staff in North Crestview! They’re pumping out good food with good attitudes! The smells, the sounds, the tastes! I love our restaurants! And before anyone says anything about “why did they only put peanut butter on half the waffle?” Well that’s because that’s what’s I asked for 🙂

Normally I love this Waffle House location, the food is always very well cooked…however since the change to online orders only and not calling in it seems that they no longer know how to make menu items correctly. Multiple times I have ordered sandwiches which used to be made correctly and now are made wrong every time. I never wanted them custom just the way they come on the menu…they just make them any way they want if it’s a “sandwich” basically I was told to specify how I wanted it on the order…which cannot be done other than adding items I can’t say put it on a bun not toast. When I select the sandwich it says served on a grilled bun…seems as though staff needs to be properly trained on how to make menu items as ordered now since they cannot ask about changes that were not asked for.

My visit was ok. There was nothing special about the customer service. Short and to the point. I'm not a regular customer, so I am not sure what the atmosphere is generally like. There wasn't anything wrong, just not special... no smiles (at least not at me)

Excellent food. Unfortunately they no longer take orders by phone and the ordering website doesn't allow any type of special instructions. I don't eat my hashbrowns crispy and now there is no way for me to order properly. There is no way to reach them by phone and the website says call the location for comments or concerns. Extremely disappointed.

I came in to complain about a Waffle House at a different location since the phones would not let me get through to an actual person when I called. This location, the north side, where Mr. James works, is not where I had the problem, but he fixed me up real nice and I definitely will be coming back to the Waffle House on the north side when James is working!!! I had and issue with the Waffle House on James Lee Blvd, I told them two times I wanted slivered onions on my burger, I even went back for a third time after the burger was given to me to ask for slivered onions in a wrapper, and the cook and waitress told me he gave me onions under my burger, I just left because I knew what I was up against. They gave me onions in my hashbrowns which I did Not ask for with my burger, and in the burger they gave me the sautéed onions, again, which I did not ask for. I wanted slivered onions. So I’ll have to drive all the way back to Waffle House on James Lee Blvd to complain about them giving me what they wanted me to have vs what I asked for. Smh

Been coming here for a while and always gotten amazing service, but I wanted to make a review because the service I got today from Jennifer meant a lot. My 3 year old was recently diagnosed with Type one diabetes and everytime I come in Jennifer and Tina ask how my daughter is doing and when my daughter has to get her shots she can be pretty loud understandably but they both are always so nice to her and praise her for how brave she is. Today after my daughter got her shots Jennifer went to her car and gave my little one a toy and a balloon. And it meant so much to me. This whole diagnosis has turned our whole life around and I've been a walking anxiety attack since but people like Jennifer and Tina in the community definitely shed some light on our situation. I just wanted to say thank you for always being understanding and kind to my daughter. Also the food is always great!

I’ve been eating here since I was knee-high to a grasshopper, and chocolate pie is my favorite. Our regular order includes: cheesesteak omelette for the hubby, hash brown bowl for me, and the All Star for the youngins.
