Waffle House - Breakfast restaurant in Fort Smith - 9009 U. S. Hwy 71, USA

Everyone at this Waffle House was very polite and friendly. Our waitress Andrea, was excellent! The Cooks was awesome and they made my food perfect and my well done Waffle perfect 🧇 . Thank you again, stay blessed.

Upon entry there was 6-8 people waiting to be seated or to pay for their food. A large section of the dining area was blocked off. There were only 3 booths and the counter area to eat at. It appeared the staff had no clue what was going on. There was 6 or more behind the counter running into each other and talking about a few more minutes. We figured out a few more minutes meant shift change. A gal took our order, didn’t pass us on to new shift. They had to create a new ticket even because they couldn’t find the original. I will say the new cook that came in was very nice and helped to get us out of there. The food was good and the cleanliness was okay.

We can not brag enough on the service here! The staff all take great care of us. And they have amazing waffles!

It's been a long while since I have been in a waffle house, and the Waffle House on Hwy 71, did not disappoint!! When you go in, you will be kindly informed to sit wherever you like and immediately ur waitress ( ours was top notch) is by your table getting ur drink order and giving you a menu. Back with drinks, we had breakfast so coffee X2 this morning. We both had the special, it came with 2 eggs, cooked any way, 2 pieces of wheat toast buttered, we had the sausage X2, and we replaced grits with hash browns, and yes that's not all, it came with a Belgium waffle on its own plate. Oh my goodness. I couldn't eat all that, but I ate it all but the toast. I really hurt myself y'all. I forgot to take pics until I was 3 bites in! I did get a pic of the waffle though! Stop in and eat here if you get the chance and don't be afraid to joke around with the waitresses, they are a blessing!! The food is so wonderful on the pallette. The place is clean and inexpensive. Just what is needed for the season to relax for a minute and enjoy yourself with the home cooking.

The waffles had a vanilla flavor and tasted wonderful. Hashbrowns we added onion and cheese, they were delicious 😋. The only thing is about the eggs, is that the last bite, was egg shells. Had to spit that out. Other than that. Everything was good. Coffee was great.

The food gave me and my party extreme heartburn. When usually good. When I called to report, my concern was met with a reverse. Must've been my fault and how eating late affects ppl at my age. Offended and sick is what I got.

It was so bad we had to put our own food together when it came to our table. Some of our food didn't come out till 20 min later . Yes, we were timing it. Coffee had grounds in it..

Wonderful I asked for a Mr.pip was told I wasn't allowed to have a drink unless I order my food first! Didn't argue with the shift supervisor the place was busy so I asked for a coffee and planned on ordering food after I got settled and knew what I wanted, the shift supervisor declined to take my order after I milked out a coffee for a hour I noticed the behavior of the place change when they gentleman walked in and I proceeded to simply ask may I please order some food she said yes. Greatly appreciate the gentleman who works there and spoke up and said "I've never heard of that policy before", shift supervisor spoke up and proceed with it's a rule and a simple one people need to follow rules" I wore a. Black shirt with an American flag, with blue jeans, to the other customers that were there
