My family and I have been coming to this Waffle House of over a decade and the quality in their food and service has dropped significantly. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with this location. I tried to call in an order, just to be notified that they no longer did mobile orders through the phone. I decided to go there a place my order. Once I arrived, I was met with a sign that introduced new fees for people who order out. My order was originally $35.25. With taxes, my total order would be $37.25. However, the price of my order totaled at $41.31. There was a service charge and to go fee of $3.53 each. This was most likely a new policy added during quarantine when stores were closed worldwide. As that time is no longer, I feel that there is no need for it to still be in existence as patrons are now allowed to dine in as they please. The price of the food was not the only problem. There were multiple errors in my to go order. I had two sandwiches that were supposed to have bacon on them and to no one’s surprise, there was no bacon on either of the sandwiches. One of the sandwiches was also not supposed to have onions on them and there were still onions on it. This is truly not the way restaurant should function. There’s needs to be improvement to insure that for such mistakes should never occur again.
I mean, WaHo always delivers. But everyone working around 5:30 this evening rocked. Food was awesome (duh), but the service was great. Xan helped my toddler and I this evening and was so kind and patient, I can’t thank them enough. Give them a raise! Thank you!!
4 tables, total of 7 customers. 1 cook, 1 server. Waited 15 mins for our drinks, got them when I asked about them. 25 mins in and I see the cook still isn't cooking our food. I ask the server about it, she said it's coming and they have a lot of customers. Still the same amount as before. 5 minutes later she looks at the grill and realizes the cook isn't cooking my food. So she calls my order out to him. I laugh. She says sorry, food will be on the house, I have a lot of customers. When she cashes me out, she charged full price. 🤣🤣 Thanks honey. Service sucked. Food sucked.
Hello, This Waffle House was ok but I ordered The Texas Cheesesteak melt sandwich meal. I told my waitress that I wanted my hash browns with chili cheese and onions in it. The waitress bought my plate over to me with only one slice of cheese on my hash browns, the cheesesteak melt looked incredibly small but I asked the waitress. How long the chili been sitting out, she told me since last night around 12 am. The chili didn't look fresh to me at all. It looked clump and old. I said to the waitress, you know what, how can I pay for my sweet tea and leave. I never did eat the food nor the hash browns but i did drink most of the sweet tea. I wasn't comfortable eating there. The waitress didn't make me feel welcome either. I don't remember the waitress name who helped me but I know she is a white womam, heavy set build, and looks kinda lazy. I just wanted to share my experience. Want be coming back to this location.
Waffle House is always a treat. There has not ever been atime where the meal is not worthy of posting it's great taste. It only get a bad rep because of viral fight videos of the idiots who visit it on a drunk fueled adventure after the club. My brother and I had Cheesesteak Omelets, double hashbrowns covered, scattered, and chunked which was perfecto. I ordered an additional blueberry waffle for my brother which was 🔥! My only complaint was not receiving a receipt and when I get one it wasn't itemized which was weird. They no longer serve salsa... but we was p)eased with our order.
I LOVE the welcoming spirit! As soon as we walked in, we heard Good Morning! I love that! They acknowledge their customers! The food was a 2/5! My spouse wasted his whole sandwich. My waffles was so so! This was my first time at Waffle House. I was craving waffles! I hate that my receipt doesn’t break down what I paid. I did read “Togo” orders will be charged 20%. (Nobody told me that when he asked are we dining in or taking out) I had to ask for my receipt, I didn’t receive my 0.71 cents! I had to ask for forks and I grabbed my own napkins! I will not return! When I pay for my food, you should know to give a receipt and don’t keep people change! Thank you ladies for the love when visiting your establishment, I love that! But we will not return!
Stopped here late one night after concert. I had a ham and cheese omelet, was very good my husband had eggs , bacon, hasbrown's and toast. Wasn't crowded so we got in and out quick.
Food was good and the service was great. Even got a recommendation for food I could save until the next day. It was nice comfort for after a long day of work.
My first Waffle House experience was a great one! The food was hot and delicious and the prices were very reasonable! Lucy was our waitress and could not have been better! She took our order, rang me up and offered to take a photo of our group in
