Waffle House - Breakfast restaurant in Brandon - 1902 W Lumsden Rd, USA

Do not come to this place. I should have followed my instincts. Probably the most brain dead server I’ve ever had. I heard the cook say we can’t serve that chili & I should have left. Dirty silverware, sticky tables & scooping ice with the cup drinks are served in. I’ll never come back to this hell on earth.

It was Waffle House. The waffles were really good and my waitress was pleasant and quick. Took one star off because it was so cold. I was feeling it, but the poor waitress was freezing cold, I really felt bad for her. Eventually she disappeared in the back for a while and came out with a hoodie on. Waffle House, is it necessary to keep it so cold?

Have been here a few times and never impressed. Went in tonight and my boyfriend and I were the only two in. The waitress with the painted unibrow too our order for food and drinks. Had to read the order to the cook. Then a man came in for a take out order. Another man came in to sit down. He got his coffee. We still don’t have our drinks cause the waitress is too busy listening to music. So I ask if we can have our drinks and there’s no response. So I yell “ it’s because her headphones are too loud” still no response. They had no idea why we walked out. Dinner almost to the plates without our drinks. 🤷🏼‍♀️. Never have I walked out on a place.

Waffle house, good service and food. Edit: 4/9/23 The food is still good but be sure to look over your check before paying. The menu prices versus what they write are different.. They tried overcharging by $1.25 on a $7 bill, With lame excuses waiting for my coffee felt like eternity....

Waited for 15 minutes to place a to-go order. I got to the front of the line to order only to be told to move aside to let other people cash out. I understand they are busy, but to be put behind everyone to simply cash out is horrible service. Definitely will not come back to this location!

The food was tasty, the service was good, but they need to update the air conditioning system. Came out smelling like the breakfast we ate.

Good Food Fast is their motto (wasn't that Kenny Rodger's Roasters motto?), and they deliver on that motto. Waffle house has their breakfast game down to a science. I got there at 7am and I was out the door, fully satisfied by 7:20 with a smile on my face. I think their chili on hashbrowns is criminally underrated. The staff here is friendly and attentive, I will definitely be back. Really clean store too!

Food was good. Our waitress was great. And The manager Mark is amazing!!! Will be going again in the near future.
