Waffle House - Breakfast restaurant in Murfreesboro - 2427 Old Fort Pkwy, USA

Service was excellent. I ordered online as required for takeout for Christmas Day. Upon arrival, my presence was immediately acknowledged in less than 5 seconds of walking in and a second person offered to help me within 30 seconds. In less than 2 minutes, I had my order in hand was confirming the contents. My only disappointment was the type of grits used today were not the normal, regular grits. These substituted grits seemed like wheat grits. My ask would be to call the customer before simply making the order if a major ingredient like the grits in a grit bowl has been changed, especially on a 6 person order, with 5 of 6 meals containing grits. This was not my first time at this location which reassures me this grit difference is not their norm.

Came for the waffle house comfort food experience, stayed way longer than necessary because of Jim. I implore whoever runs this restaurant to give Jim and Sylvia raises, they made our entire experience today and honestly have made regular weekend customers out of my husband and I. Never in my life have I laughed so much, enjoyed a meal, or had such attentive service. The whole staff was amazing but those 2 in particular are an entire vibrant that needs to become an institution, until the day comes Jim permanently commits to his Elvis impression.

I like this place. It was CLEAN!! Our server Heather was pleasant and attentive. The sirloin was tender and flavorful. 5 stars!

Food was standard for WH. They can not cook to order, so don't ask for anything other than how the cook wants to cook it. The server was awesome. The restaurant was dirty with trash on the floor here and there, particularly behind the counter. Several tables had not been bussed, leaving only one available booth while the restaurant only had a handful of customers.

Great food. It tastes awesome but for me it's too pricey. 15 dollars for a black coffee and hashbrowns and sausage cheese sandwich.

Had a great breakfast here this morning and the food was fast and tasted great. I had a regular BLT and hashbrowns. You just can't beat a good old fashioned regular breakfast and hot cup of coffee. I've been visiting this location for well over 20 years and will hopefully continue to do so for the next 20. Good stuff.

Love Waffle House! We always stop at a Waffle House on vacation. Had the (new to me) Egg, Sausage and Cheese Grits Bowl. Was very good.

This is the "good" WaHo on this side of town. Solid service late night when I go. Sometimes they slack on getting the table and bar cleaned in a timely manner though. Kind of a PITA to get out of during times of heavy traffic if you need to turn left out of the lot.
