Waffle House - Breakfast restaurant in Clemson - 1064 Tiger Blvd, USA

I wanted to start the new year with a pecan waffle from the Waffle House. I showed up early in the morning and was given a cheery greeting as I entered. The whole team of employees (waitresses and cook) were very friendly and even though they were frantically trying to fill a huge order that was called in, they still made sure I had their attention and that everything was going well with my breakfast. The breakfast I ordered did not disappoint in the least, the coffee was fresh and hot and the friendly attentive service made my visit a great start to the new year.

Not a good experience. Came in and it was rainy and cold, but yet the air was on blowing right on us. It's ok we wore our coats. Ordered eggs over easy hash browns and tomatoes, Food came out cold, egg whites were runny. Server took off eggs and hash browns but left the tomatoes. I did not eat any of it. Had asked for hot sauce, which was never brought. Had to wait 15 minutes till the server came back to check on us. I had lost my appetite at this point and didn't want it re-cooked. I've been in the good and beverage industry for over 30 years, this is not acceptable. For the cooks: Google over easy eggs you'll find the correct way they should be cooked! Server: check back within at least 5 minutes to make sure everything good with your customer.

I love the food here always has amazing and fast service. One of the waitresses, Donna knows me by name, order, and is always very nice to me and my friends.

Sorry the food was so unbelievably yummy I didn't get to take any pictures. I don't know what they do to that chicken but that Brian is off the hook. I had the scattered hash browns with the chicken breast with a waffle and over easy eggs the bomb you got to have them with all the fixing.

As expected, the place was busy on a Sunday morning! The staff was pleasant, and the service was quick. Turnaround was efficient, so we didn't have to wait long for a table. The food was spot on. Definitely would visit again!

It'd be GREAT if they got my Takeout order right ONE TIME. They are nice. The food is good. But it's SO frustrating that something is ALWAYS left off my order. I guess it's on me that I haven't learned to check my bag every single time I go. I don't go that often and I'm used to other places getting my order right. And I need to remind myself that waffle House will forget something every time. And 9/10 it's something my baby mama ordered so I catch hell.

I don'tknow where I would be without Waffle House in my life. No matter the location I always know I will have the same staff and atmosphere, and if I am lucky my favorite seat. On top of that, their undieing devotion to their customers, by being open even through the worse conditions. The only time I have seen one closed was because of a hurricane going through. A hurricane that if you were on the streets you would have found the Waffle House in heaven, which has the same staff, they just have wings.

Tonight Waffle House in Clemson was unusually busy. My hats off to the staff for being up front and apologetic for a lengthy wait time. Also a complimentary piece of choc pie for any inconvenience! Kudos to you guys for making me feel welcome! Btw-good food as usual.. but service set you guys at the top! Keep up the great work, Hank!
