Tickled to find a Waffle House along our trip! Unfortunately, this is not one that I can recommend. Although he sat quickly, it took a little over 10 min. for our waitress to take our order.
Despite 8 people behind the counter and 2 training off to the side, service was confused and slow. There was no acknowledgment from the line cooks when tickets were being called out. Zero communication, lots of confusion. Several waitresses hovered around the grill trying to figure out what belonged to who and ignoring new arrivals. Our food sat on the line for so long it arrived completely cold, butter would not even melt. Toast was more like bread and again...to cold to melt the massive amount of butter slabbed on top. Hashbrowns were near raw.
Multitasking is not their strong suit. Avoid the bathroom if you can and use the gas station down the road.
Well it was a blast from the past!!!! We needed something to eat and they were with in the parking area so it was a good match. My dining partner had the traditional breakfast with 2 sunny side eggs, crispy hash browns and sausage patty & bacon.
I had a newer menu item which was very yummy!
It was a hashbrown bowl with eggs (scrambled) cheese and sausage crumbles. Yes-I would definitely call it a heart attack in a bowl. It was delicious. I ate about half.
Coffee was great-service excellent.
A cook and a server……..period dot! Amazing!!!!
What can I say about the property? Does it have ambience? Of course it does!!!!
The ambience of a Waffle . And old fashioned Diner style property with bar seating by the griddle.
Gotta love it 😊 if you’re looking for upscale with hefty prices this is not your place.
We were quite pleasantly surprised with our visit. We decided to have breakfast for dinner and it was wonderful. Our food was cooked perfectly and in a timely manner. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We will definitely be back.
We ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ love Waffle House! I was born in '77 and my parents drove EVERYWHERE camping, rving, sightseeing ALL over the US, Canada and Mexico. My favorite place to stop and eat was Waffle House! It still is, and I have been taking all 6 of my children since 1995 any time I drive(which is often) on our own Great Vacation Adventures! We try our best to find this restaurant whenever we are on our road trips/sightseeing adventures....Always yummy! And no matter which one we stop at, the staff helps us find local places to shop, see and visit! Thank you Waffle House! Keep doing what you do! 5☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Great atmosphere wonderful service fast and food was great
Simple restaurant with a limited menu, but it's great to eat there. Service was phenomenal, and the taste of the food more than acceptable. Maggie was fantastic.
Food was great. Husband had eggs and hash browns. The eggs were perfect. My waffle was great. Service was very good and quick. A little crowded and loud but that's just how waffle House is. 😀
Great little simple breakfast place. We loved how fast we were serviced, the food was yummy, portion size was perfect (since we are passing through and driving a lot). Great bang for the buck. They have shower curtains between booths for that scenes of security. Super friendly staff. They played fun upbeat music and one of the cooks was able to sing along and it brought pure happiness to my entire family and other guests. Stop here and tip well <3
This place continues to get better with time. Was here years ago I'm thinking 2014 maybe 2018 and it continues to improve and stay with the times. It has big beds and is for men and women. Bailey assisted me today and was able to find my information
This is literally my favortie place to go during the summer. I come here at least 3 times a week with my friends or family. Definitely recommend! There are many flavors, I have never gotten one that I didn't like. The prices are reasonable and worth
This rather new RV park was conveniently located near the interstate and offered spacious pull through and back in sites. We stopped for one night on our way to Texas. It was cold night down into the high 20âs and we needed a FHU site to keep our
Absolutely adorable (and DELICIOUS) authentic ice cream and soda shop in downtown Rolla! They have delicious (rotating) flavors, incredible sundaes, and traditional floats, phosphates, and sodas. My younger kids love the candy shop section including
I moved to Missouri 5 1/2 years ago. There is so much to see and experience. The history here is amazing. I live next to the Mark Twain National Forrest. I love the fact that there are so many cave systems here. The waterways are amazing. Ge
Bray is a great little area to get out and enjoy nature. It's only a few minutes out of Rolla. It has a bedrock bottom creek that is fun to walk through during the hot summer days. One will find a icy cold spring flowing into the creek and an old tun
