Clean and nice employees. I do think the food is kinda overrated tho tbh, not bad!! Just over hyped. But this is the only time I've been to a waffle house so it may be better on different days or other locations . It's not expensive though so it's pretty good for the price. I'm not the hugest fan of American food though anyway so take my review with a grain of salt. Def good service though ☺️
This is mine and my husband's Christmas morning tradition. The service at the East Ridge. TN store is always so inviting and cheerful even with all the staff going as fast as they can. MERRY CHRISTMAS staff.
Very early Thanksgiving morning and every1 was ready 2 get off and enjoy their day so the service was decent and the food was always good. There was a table full of young ppl and every word out of their mouth was very disrespectful 😒 just nasty talking and cussing. Just wish this younger generation wld realize thy sound ignorant and uneducated...
Quick, cheap, and tasty. When I was MUCH younger, I foolishly believed it was too trashy / redneck. Now, in my 5th decade on this spinning orb, I'm perfectly fine enjoying waffle house for what it is...you get what you pay for - nothing more, nothing less.
Stephanie, Billy, Shay and Chance took great care of us today. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was friendly and fast. My kiddos enjoyed every bite. The WH hats were a fun way to end our brunch.

5 stars for Jasonna (sorry if spelled incorrectly). We came in on Christmas eve and ofc there was a crowd and a line out the door. Despite this, Jasonna served us with the best attitude and biggest smile! You rock girl.

Spinach and pineapple pizza good! Housemade tomato sauce tastes fresh. Mango-habanero crispy wings really tasty! Not really spicy, just right. Good first experience!
Entire family had a blast. The young ones (12 and 10) loved the throwing stars as the axe was a little more difficult for them. Enjoyed being able to throw some of stress at a target and relax!

Tennessee Welcome Center is very clean with lots of passenger parking and some commercial spots. There is a walking path around WC and vending areas. There is an art sculpture to the far side of the main building, tho it was too dark for photos. Picn
Always very clean, lots of great items for a lower price. Love the medicine prices, you can't get that anywhere else. I always stock up when coming here.
