Food was good, service from the hostess was horrible. She sat people that came after us first, I’m assuming they where regulars because they came in greeting all the workers. I was on the way to the bathroom and the hostess came out of the restroom I asked if she was cleaning the bathroom so I wouldn’t interrupt and she said no. As I closed the door she said “you clean it” luckily our waitress was very nice and kind. I personally am not coming back again, due to the rude behavior from the hostess.
Nice place to eat. The waitstaff and cooks were fun to chat with. Food was cooked right and was good. Its waffle house so don't expect Gordon Ramsey food, but if you want some good breakfast/comfort food you won't be disappointed.
Waiter was fine. My bacon cheeseburger not so much. On my first bite some mixture of grease and blood(?) filled my mouth, the bacon was undercooked as well as the burger. My friends bacon in his hash brown bowl was basically burnt. How does that even happen?
The service here is lovely. Every time I eat at this location my food is always cooked with love 🥲 i feel like I’m at home with my mom while she’s cooking me breakfast. Thank you for never disappointing me ❤️
Worked 13 hour shift last night, went to bed hungry. The Waffle House here certainly refilled my calories. The bacon was excellent, was thick and gigantic. Folks who like their bacon limp won’t appreciate it though. Compared to IHOP and Denny’s, everything here was much better. No lack of butter on the toast. The hashbrowns were crispy on the outside, tender in the middle layer. Coffee was what I expected from a semi-fast food place. Certainly not Peet’s Brazil single-sourced coffee, you know what I mean. I poured all the creamer. They gave me in there and gave it a good walloping of sugar. Once it tasted like an ice cream sundae the blandness was irradiated. I need to mention the service, because it was top notch. Left over 20% tip. It has been so many years since I have been to a Waffle House; reminds me of high school days’ culinary arts program. This is how a kitchen should be ran.
Terrible. I came in a 2pm and not leaving til 3:15pm. Waiting on a TO GO ORDER. No customer service, plenty of staff in there and no one said anything to me. Terrible, slow, and unfair. Last time coming to that place. Didn’t give me a full waffle and put my grits in a coffee cup. Smh
I loved working at Waffle House. It is such a great place to learn how to wait tables. I got to work with my daughter and some of her friends from the neighborhood. Now she can go to any restaurant and quickly pick up their processes and procedures, so no matter what career path she takes, if she needs extra money, she can always pick up a shift and stack some quick cash. I have so much to say about this location, but I'm going to refrain and leave this as is, for now. Someday, soon though. I promise 😘
The white guy who works at midnight is a racist. He didn’t give the change back and he even thrown the coin on me. And Yes, we respect you when we were ordering as we always do as an Asian. But you didn’t respect us at the end. When we asked for the change, he brought out his wallet and take out the money from his wallet to us, which was such a rude behavior! Base on what you behaved, you should be shamed on yourself and you’ll be hated by other people too
Great first experience at Sachse Nutrition! Wonderful customer service and a variety of different protein shake options/flavors to choose from. I loved my Blueberry Cheesecake shake. Thanks yâall!
Staying in Sachse i first visited this part on the American Independence Day on July 4, 2022. There was great live music and fireworks show on the night.... It was an enjoyable outing for us, as a family!
