Waffle House - Breakfast restaurant in Spartanburg - 2193 Southport Rd, USA

Staff very friendly. Food was good. Only thing is you can't call in an order and you can't place online orders. When you only have 30 min for lunch and you have to drive there and place order, your lunch is over before you can eat. By the way I work 12 hr night shifts so there's not many options for choosing.

Atmosphere very dependent on the server. In this case this virtually empty facility was not wanting patrons. Just a disappointment I knew that the minute I detected a do not want to work today by the server

Idk what is up but the times I come through late when Waffle House is pretty much the only option, there's either "No cashier" or the "grill is broke" But when they are on its on

Food was fresh cooked at time of order, but I was reminded by the staff that there was no burger. King, I don't have my way...(I asked that my waffle be dark) that was the response

I’ve been to this location several times and it’s usually good service and food. This morning the service was really bad. The food came out at all different times. No drink refill. The waitress didn’t confirm what I wanted, forgot to put the order in and then still charged me when it came out extremely late and not what I expected. They also got part of the order wrong, which they didn't charge for but were visibly frustrated about the “hassle”. Terrible experience and I’ll probably never go back to that location again.

10 minutes before any one came by to even get a menu. Another 10 minutes before the server came back. Had to remind her to take our drink order. Had to repeat the order 5 times before it was right. Asked for Worcestershore sauce, server says they don't carry it but I pointed it out on the menu. Her excuse, no one gets it though. Had to wait 20 minutes for a refill.

Haven't been to this location for about 5 years. Service was bad then. Has not improved. Coffee being almost $3 bucks a cup. Shouldn't have to ask several times after your meal is on the table for a cup of coffee. And then shouldn't have to flag someone for a refill. I was told they were under staffed. But there was only 2 people seated when I arrived and only 7 seated when I left. I had to leave sooner than I planned. Lost my appetite when the two women seated at the table right next to me started sucking each other's tongues like lollypops. I did leave a tip because the young woman who waited on me was courteous even though I had to flag her down. I have been a Waffle House customer for at least 40 years. Food was prepared badly. Had to beg for coffee. And the erotic floor show turned my stomach. I'd been better off throwing the $18 out the window. What happened Waffle House?
