Took wife to visit the magnolia silos and wife said she has never had chicken and waffles so I had to make sure to fix that! Tried waffle chic and some of the best Chicken&Waffles I've ever had! Got the Spicy Mama and it was the perfect level of spicy and sweet!. Not only was it 10/10 food, the food didn't take long and we had the absolute most hospitable and sweet lady serving us. Shamica is what truly what this place stand out amongst the other food trucks! Every time we go back now I will absolutely be getting food from here again! Thank you for adding to a great silos experience for my family!

Shamica is an extremely kind lady and very friendly! I ordered the Southern Belle and that was probably the best waffle I’ve had! 💚 The service received from the Waffle Chic is exceptional! I’ll definitely be coming back when I visit Waco again! ☺️ Thank you Shamica!!!

My wife and I came up to the Silos today and when we saw the Waffle Chic truck, we knew we had to try it. My wife got the Classy Lady, I got the Miss Indecisive (Optioned Classy Lady and Spicy Mama). We were delighted. Both the chicken and waffles were cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection. And the service was astounding- the woman who took our order was very inviting and full of positive energy. It made the entire experience that much more of a joy. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re visiting!

We ordered strawberry banana Nutella. Food was good and tasty. They provided two Nutella sachets. But I prefer nutella poured on top. Decoration was a bit off to me. They served our order very quickly.

This food truck has many positives and the food is definitely one of them. We so appreciate the gluten free nature and how the items are made FRESH and in real time. You can taste that difference. The food is a 10/10 for sure. Our only hiccup was the wait time and availability of items. Magnolia Market on a Saturday is notoriously busy and by 12.15pm there were no kids meals, water, or specialty drinks. Our wait time was over 45 minutes, much longer than the 15 we had been told. Overall they are a small business and luckily their food made up for any other issues and I would still recommend them.

Well hands down best chicken and waffles I have had!! The Spicy was out of this world. If your looking for good food and a blessing from another human being eat here. Thank you for being so kind to Ms. Bobbie and me. You will be a great memory we carry back to North Carolina.

Second time back and won’t be my last. Drove all the way from Austin for lunch because yes it’s that good. Service is top notch, the food is next level. The love and care they pour into those waffle irons is out of this world. It takes a lot to run a small business and it seems to come naturally to these sweet ladies. Blessed to stumble across this spicy, sweet and savory business. Congratulations on 5 years ladies. Keep fighting the good fight and showing everyone what you got. Mr. Indecisive

Top 5 all time Chicken & Waffles! Just had the "Spicy Mama" and all I can say is DAMN! Perfect blend of crunch, heat, sweet and savory. The portion sizes are perfect as is but add in a second piece of chicken if you dare. It's that good. The owner is the sweetest most charming lady you could possibly meet and clearly loves her craft. I'm not one to look for gluten free or non-dairy normally but this is "No Compromise" taste. If you're anywhere near Magnolia in Waco, TX do your tongue a favor and order a delicious meal from Waffle Chic. Makes me want to move to Texas.
