We had Taylor and his helper Rico out to assist with a switch and installation of a RV plug. They took their time to ensure everything was completed properly to code and safety. They took time to provide thorough explanation of the work they were preforming. Great job. I highly recommend W3 for outstanding service.

Very good. The technician explained why the inspection was needed, what possible consequences could be if there was anything wrong, and showed me all steps. He explained everything on the paperwork he left with us. He was pleasant to talk to and seemed very thorough. Very happy with the experience!

Do not use this company. We booked them for a service call because their service call rate was cheaper vs others, but once they arrived, they presented us with outrageous prices just to troubleshoot the issue. By then we were obviously trapped into paying the $89 service fee that was solely to drive to our house, and they wanted us to spend $$$$ to not even resolve the issue. Dont fall for this scam.

Taylor fixed a pool light problem that 3 other electricians from different companies were unable to fix. He had the lines mapped out and got everything fixed and up to code in no time. He made sure it was all safe unlike the others who left live wires out. We have confidence in him and W3 Electric. They are the best electricians we know of in this area. Also, Taylor was very polite and professional. We would highly recommend Taylor and W3 Electric.

Brackson was a delight. He made sure I was completely aware of the job pricing structure prior to starting work. He was super efficient and was happy to answer a bunch of questions I had about regulations as well. Honestly, it was worth the fee just to get to talk to him about various electrical questions I had, let alone the job he performed. I would not hesitate to use the company any time I need more work that I don't feel like doing myself. He also gave me some great food for thought on upgrades to my system without the hard sell that you get from a lot of companies. This makes it far more likely that I will actually take them up on some investments like full home surge protection. A+ service, and such a genuinely nice guy. Thank you!!
