W Hollywood - Hotel in Hollywood - 6250 Hollywood Blvd, USA

We loved are stay at this nice, clean, and close to all the Hollywood attractions, hotel. Everyone at the hotel is kind and welcoming. Micaela, at the concierge desk, is a light hearted, helpful, and a fun person to talk to. Thelma and Lina, helped us too. The overall experience was amazing. Food at the breakfast buffet was great 👍🏼

This place is great- large and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staffs from both front desk and room cleaning. They would also help you open and close your car doors. I especially like how this hotel is tall and has a large sign, so you can locate it from a distance. There are still problems though, my room had a water issue in bathroom one day, while they offered to switch me into another room. Also the soundproof could be better- noise from rooftop could be heard from downstairs, and I can also occasionally hear noises from the hallway. But overall there aren’t much to complain about, I absolutely enjoy my stay here.

The hotel is currently under construction! It’s very loud in the rooms…active construction site on most floors. Unable to relax and several amenities are unavailable. Wait and book here after construction is finished. Perfect location with 12th floor views of the city!

The best service! They really went above and beyond to make our anniversary special and in general great hospitality. If you can find an open seat by the pool, the roof top pool is very nice. Great location by many places and great amenities. Delicious food and drinks. Wish our trip and stay was longer and will be back again!

Great location, loved the rooftop pool. Friendly staff - excited to the new lobby when they finish up the renovation. Oh and shout out to the valet staff who would plug in our car every night (without being asked) was a nice touch to come out to full charge every morning.

I had a bad parking experience. After years of going to the restaurant before shows at the Pantages, with validated parking the charge was $15. Indeed the sign at the parking booth, says the charge for day parking is $15. Today, Sunday, January 7, 2024, I was charge $30 and told by the attendant that the $15 charge only applies on certain days. I called the manager and he confirmed that the policy had changed. Our lunch today, for two people, was about $100 with tip. A 30% parking charge on top of that seems excessive for a 1 1/2 how stay. At any rate, I feel ripped off and wanted to let the world know. The lunch was tasty, I must say. Cheers..............

I stayed at the W Hollywood for a week and was very happy with my decision. I chose the hotel mainly for it's location, just off Hollywood Blvd and right next door to the Hollywood & Vine metro station which made accessibility so easy. There was also a CVS across the street which was handy. The room was spacious and clean with the housekeeping staff so efficient making sure to clean without being asked. The beds and pillows were comfortable and bathroom very luxurious. My only small critique was that breakfast wasn't included so you had to go to the bar on the 12th floor to eat. The prices were very reasonable but I only wish they offered more choice for breakfast food options as menu was a bit limited. It was also a pity that the hotel was undergoing renovations which meant it wasn't operating at it's full potential. The hotel itself is very modern and sleek mixed in with the luxury experience. The staff were friendly, kind and attentive and went the extra mile to help. Shout out to Michaela at the front desk who was so kind. I would overall recommend to stay here.
