W Fort Lauderdale - Hotel in Fort Lauderdale - 401 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, USA

I only have extremely positive things to say about this hotel. I have stayed in Fort Lauderdale many times, but this was our first visit to the W and it won’t be the last. ||Daniel checked us in and he was delightful, efficient, and very welcoming. Guests feel extremely valued here. Nelson carried our bags and he was also very pleasant and friendly.||We reserved a Spectacular room and it truly was spectacular. It was quite large and the wraparound balcony was breathtaking. I liked the soothing blues of the carpet and drapes. We really appreciated the multiple USB ports by the night tables as well as the individual reading lights. All the amenities are very well thought out. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were of good quality. The bathroom is divided with the sink in the middle and the shower on one side and WC on the other. This configuration is very practical. The bathroom door is frosted glass, making the room feel more spacious while preserving some privacy. ||As if the gorgeous room were not enough, Raoul and Gabriel sent a lovely bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our anniversary. Talk about going above and beyond! ||We didn’t use the pools, but they looked great. The beach is beautiful and chairs and umbrella are included in the room rate. Phillip, who sets up the beach chairs, is super friendly and helpful. The bottles of cold water he offered were extremely appreciated!||El Vez: we dined at El Vez once for lunch and twice for breakfast each time the food and service were excellent. The enchiladas suizas are delicious and so are the breakfast burritos. Special thanks to our servers, Patrick and Brian, who made us feel very welcome and as though no request was too much trouble. Both these gentlemen are exceptional! ||Overall, the staff at the W were extremely friendly and eager to help. Even employees who didn’t work with us said hello and asked how we were enjoying our stay, creating a wonderful atmosphere.||I sincerely recommend the W Fort Lauderdale and hope to return soon.

We stayed here for a long weekend, it was A+. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, the room was really well kept and clean. We enjoyed the beach where Mark and Steph were awesome getting us setup and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool parties with the DJ and bbq were alot of fun, the hotel food is good- all around I wouldn't change anything, it's a great place to stay

Everything about our trip to The W Ft. Lauderdale was nothing short of 5 stars. Our room was amazing with incredible views. I hated to leave paradise! My daughter and I had a perfect, relaxing time. The ocean was a very short walk across the street and when we didn't want the beach, we just walked to the pool which was a fun atmosphere for both of us along with yummy drinks and great service. The food at the hotel was delicious and the service from the moment we walked in was impeccable. The spa treatment I received was exactly what I needed. Raul the manager was top-notch and went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be back!

We were staying at W Hotel for 2 weeks this summer. Our stay was excellent! It was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we couldn’t have been happier! The staff were friendly at the hotel. I really enjoyed this warm atmosphere! I want to say Big Thank You to Brandon and Anna who were assisting my family at the beach. They were very professional , always helpful and kind to us! Thank you for making our stay remarkable and want us coming back to you again!!

Amazing hotel! The amenities were numerous here including chairs, towels an umbrella and bottled water for the beach and pool. The staff and service were friendly and helpful. Everyone was so nice to us. The rooms were updated and clean. The grounds were beautifully well kept and the restaurants on location were convenient and delicious. This hotel is now my favorite in Fort Lauderdale and we will be coming back to this location as well as checking out other W properties.

Great Stay! Great Breakfast at EL Vez every morning! Toom service was on point and fast, Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room nice including turndown service and AMAZING service at the Beach! Jonathan at the beach is the BEST! Thanks for taking care of us! See you next time!

My experience was wonderful! The rooms were clean to my liking. The service was stellar and there was hardly ever a wait time. The food was great and the environment was exactly what I expected it to be as the staff were always ensuring that the guests were having a good time. The view of the beach is beautiful and it is not difficult to navigate the hotel despite its complex design. They are in the works of renovating their equipment to give a newer feel to the W and in time will look even newer and better than it already does! Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Stayed at the W for the first time and the customer service from the moment u check in is top notch the best I’ve received from any hotel Raul was the was we got checked in by he gave us a complimentary drink of our choice loved that, it was very refreshing as it was so hot as well as he was very genuine he was always checking up if we had any issues whatsoever and whenever we did he solved in in seconds he knows how to deliver top notch customer service to everyone he was very equal and passionate about what he does and we were very pleased, this hotel has such amazing staff I wish I could give that 10000 stars It’s that good !! We also encountered with Kira at the front desk as well she was such a sweet girl to talk to I enjoyed many conversations with her during my stay she was very attentive and had a smile all the time on her face made the stay very welcoming and felt more comfortable talking with her she recommended tons of stuff to do and gave me many tips which were very helpful she gave us amazing service it was such a breeze with her. They have exceptional service overall as I keep saying but those two were the ones that stood out the entire stay highly recommend them !! They are always looking out for all of our needs and concerns, and are focused on making each customers experience enjoyable and as relaxed as possible I could go on and on about how they both were so helpful hotel wise and even on what we could do outside the resort !! El Vez inside the hotel had some of the best Mexican food I’ve tried so fresh and flavourful highly recommend trying that one out !! The location of the hotel was also great right by the beach and you even have your own chairs when you stay with the W overall loved my stay will definitely be back again i think the only thing I would change is the way the rooms are cleaned and stocked properly other than that top notch hotel
