W Bellevue - Hotel in Bellevue - 10455 NE 5th Pl, USA

First time testing out w Bellevue. Sylvia at the front desk greeted us like we are old friends! Second time we had David checking us in! He was super professional and friendly! He checked in so many different guests all by himself with ease👍👍He even remembers our names the next day and after! Amazing!!! We feel this is our home away from home!! Rooms are spacious and clean!! The vibe of the hotel is happy, hip and cool! As a titanium member, we truly felt special!! This is our most favorite hotel in Seattle!! One thing not so good was the breakfast provided by the partner restaurant lake house I believe was the name. Even with $20 breakfast coupons for each person , we still have to pay $35 extra to the restaurant to have just one coffee and one breakfast item each for 2 people because of the extra charges on top of the food. The breakfast was definitely too expensive for what we get! It would be so much better if the coupon covers the whole breakfast just like most places!!

Stayed at w hotel with family for our wedding ( wedding was not held at w hotel) ! They were so accommodating! Had all of us in the same floor which made it easy. The bridal get ready suite was also on the same floor. There” whatever/whenever” dial button was like “Genie with unlimited wishes” :) if they weren’t sure about something they would inquire from other departments in the hotel and get back to you. The rooms are very new and comfortable with aquarium shower.

I recently stayed at the W Bellevue Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by Andrew, who truly went above and beyond. Not only did he ensure our stay was perfect, but he also surprised us with two free tickets to a Seahawks game, which made our trip unforgettable. The hotel's amenities and atmosphere were top-notch, but it was Andrew's generosity that truly set this stay apart. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and exceptional experience!

Staying at the W in Bellevue as a Titanium member was a memorable experience. The hotel's unique and modern design sets it apart, creating a stylish and vibrant atmosphere throughout. Although I didn't receive a room upgrade or suite upgrade on this occasion, the room itself was still very pleasant and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. As a Titanium member, I opted for the breakfast amenity over points, and I was delighted with the wonderful breakfast offered. The hotel was relatively quiet during the weekday, which added to the peaceful and relaxed ambiance. The staff were consistently professional and responsive, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to departure. Among W Marriott properties I've visited in the USA, the W Bellevue stands out as one of my favorites. It ranks third for me, following the W Bogota and W Bangkok, largely due to its exceptional service and ambiance. On-site parking is available, though valet service is mandatory, which was convenient and efficient. Overall, the W Bellevue provided a great stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to return for another visit

Our most recent trip to Bellevue at the W was absolutely amazing on all counts. Staff was attentive and friendly. Loved our wonderful room with glass shower in the middle of the room. The Gym was Huge and had all the stuff we needed, the side by side Pelotons was a nice touch too. Location could not be better, right in the center of it all.

First off let me say we are frequent flyers at the W Bellevue and have always been well taken care of. But our recent stay takes the pot. Sylvia was absolutely amazing. She was new and in training but you could not even tell. Her level of poise and professionalism is unmatched. She was very helpful and kind from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. We stayed all Memorial Day weekend because my husband just got back from deployment and we were treated like royalty. We even got champagne sent to our room. This place definitely knows how to take care of their military patrons. Please whoever is reading this, I know there is a lot of options for hotels in Bellevue but theres only one answer. The W Hotel. Make sure you ask for Sylvia and David. They are the best!!! WE WILL SEE YOU GUYS AGAIN IN A FEW WEEKS!!! Thanks again for a spectacular stay.

I just stayed at the W hotel after a long camping trip before my flight home. David at concierge was amazing and very accommodating! The front desk was inviting and pleasant. The rooms were well decorated and accommodating with beautiful views. It was a comfortable stay and I would definitely come back for my next trip!

Spectacular look when you arrive and our “wonderful” king room is large.||There is a huge glass surrounded shower cabinet in the centre of the room with a tiny shower head hanging off the tiled wall, where the screws have fallen out. No privacy so you have to keep the window blinds down.|There are two large floor to ceiling cupboards with a hanging rail between them. One cupboard contains the ironing board and iron and the fold up suitcase support. The other is empty. Why no shelves or drawers?||There are three drawers which are fairly shallow and nowhere near adequate to store our clothes. One of the drawers houses the in room safe. The desk has no drawer and there are no bedside drawers nor drawers in the bathroom area.||There is a good Nespresso coffee machine and 4 pods, a plus point.||On one side of the bed there are no light switches but there are adjustable bedside spot lights but unfortunately mine did not work, so I had to get out of bed and walk to a light switch if I needed to use the toilet at night. ||We had to query with reception why there is no bathtub and were told only some of the suites have these at an additional cost of several hundred $||We also had to request some shower caps, as none were provided and we had to report that the in room safe had a battery low warning display.||We are hugely disappointed at present but perhaps we will be happier by the end of our 5 night stay.
