Lord have mercy; this is going to be a tough one. Especially due to the fact that I truly love some of the instructors. Little did I know that they’re under paid. $35 per class is truly unfair in the market these owners chose to venture into. Over 500 classes under me so it’s fair to say my opinion on how I view Vybe 5 holds some solid weight. The $10 no show fee is understandable; things happen and well I guess it’s fair. Where it became a problem is when they cancel class do to no instructors available. I had gotten an Uber this day in question and class was literally canceled after we had set up our mats. Things happen I get it but wouldn’t it be fair to reimburse me my Uber same way you charge the $10 no show ¿ I invited a guest and he was inappropriately. touched by an instructor. She was addressed by the guest of how uncomfortable she made the situation. You’d think Lauren would address the serious allegation yet she did nothing giving it time for it to happen again. Then I myself was dealing with a man that apparently thought he’d take it upon himself to show aggravation when would arrived late into class. The gossip in there is real. Still I tried to just not dwell on the matter. After all we’re all there for different reasons. Most of us are there to take control of our mental health. The audacity to enforce a 7 min late arrival rule. After that they won’t let you in or at least I want because I’ve seen plenty of members getting in there way after me yet they were let them in. Front desk said they, meaning Lauren and her hubby, instructed her not to let me in after the 7 min yet her husband would arrive sometimes as late as 20 min to class. I get it, they’re the owners yet it just showed what type of mindset they have of only the rules apply to the members and not them. They mentioned they enforce the 7 min rule due to safety. When I asked them what about the ones that leave early or have to go to the bathroom to reiterate the “ safety concern” nothing was says back. It’s a great place to work out. We decided to part ways. Funny wording she chose under “subject” No Lauren it wasn’t your deal. Your call wasn’t necessary neither was your email. Trust and believe I will not wasn’t planning on going back even though my monthly membership was either getting ready to hit or it had. Your lack of any accountability and your dismissive attitude is what let me to leave this review. I’ll see you in small claims court because not this is based on basic principals. When I first moved to the north Texas area, I tried out many gyms in search of something that would keep me fit but also have that community feel where everyone was welcoming, encouraging, and non judge mental. I probably tried 10+ studios but kept coming back to VYBE5! The class is a mix of yoga, weights, and cardio which is the best mix of flexibility, strength, and endurance. But most importantly, the guides and teachers as well as the community that goes to class there are so friendly and welcoming, and it really starts to feel like your own little community of friends. Even though it’s a far drive for me I still keep coming back and am close to hitting 250 classes now! I am still holding out for a new location in allen but for now you’ll find me here every day I’m able to come. Definitely check it out if you are looking for a loving workout community!!

I will never forget how warmly I was welcomed the first time walking into the studio in August 2021. The kindness, the fresh scent of essential oils and cleanliness was impressive. Wasn’t really sure what to expect as I was new to the area and exploring each of the local businesses in the complex. After a quick walkthrough of the studio, I signed up for a free first class and loved it. Instantly joined as the two weeks for $25 promo, what a deal! After a few months as a loyal member, I had the opportunity to participate in the train the trainer sessions and became a guide. Getting to see it from both sides (a member and a guide) is a privilege. Sincerely, the organized programming of the workout aligns with the organized structure of how to guide and run the studio. This is way more than hot yoga. The work out includes a good amount of strength and cardio, too! The community is something special. You’ll have to come experience this yourself to truly get it. I have been going to this gym exclusively for a couple months now and I am extremely impressed with the quality of the classes. The combination of the weekly-changing yoga routine, cardio, and strength training keeps the class interesting and both physically and mentally challenging. I love that the built-in yoga component helps to stretch out my muscles so I don't end up feeling too sore after. The instructors are also fantastic - they are knowledgeable, supportive, and make the class enjoyable. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a well-rounded and effective workout!

Best place for a workout! My friend invited me to a class and I was nervous about going but I’m SO glad I did. I love the quick pace and never get bored as you’re rotating through yoga, strength & cardio. The heated rooms helps your flexibility and burn calories!! The instructors are ALL fabulous, friendly and motivating. It’s the first place I’ve been committed to working out. I highly recommend Vybe5!

I love the elements of exercise, “flow” of the sessions, and the integration of mind, body and spirit. If you want a well rounded experience that encourages balance on your health and wellness journey, Vybe 5 is an amazing place to be. Bonus if you need flexibility in your day to get that workout in! Time offerings are great for work schedules!

If you are looking for a studio that encourages and pushes you without judgment, VYBE 5 is for you, without a doubt. I feel stronger, empowered and more level head because of these impactful 50 minute workouts. I would not want to lose VYBE.

Vybe5 is AMAZING!!! From the instructors, to the workout, to the facility, to the community. I love that I get yoga, strength, cardio, abs, flexibility and meditation in every 50 min tabata style class. I also love a membership where I can bring a guest. My husband comes every weekend with me and he loves it too. They save the best for last...cold lavender towel to end every workout!!💜💜💜
