This is our go to spot for banh khot … shrimp cups! They are so good wrapped with lettuce and mint leaves. Spoon over some of the sauce … delicious! The banh khot comes out nice and hot and crispy. We always order two lol and lately we also ordered the shrimp on sugarcane with the rice wrapper to make our own shrimp rolls! Fast and friendly service. Also plays great music while eating!
Jan or host was the sweetest! All her suggestions were so perfect! She was so kind to explain the dishes and even customized some dishes so that we could try their best spread!
Will definitely come back to try their elaborate spread of authentic Vietnamese dishes!
Very friendly staff and great place to dine in with great food!
Best of all, this is a family run business with family recipes on menu.
We went there around 7PM on Sunday. The restaurant was kind of busy. We were seated right away but were waited a long time to order. The sweet and sour soup with catfish and lemongrass grill spare ribs were amazing, they can be eat together with rice. Sauté clams with basil was just so so even though the clams were kind of chubby. Tom Kho Tau is good but it definitely frozen shrimps so the freshness was reduced. I won’t spicy lemongrass chicken, it was slices chicken breast, so boring and taste weird.

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the Bay Area, great and long tenure staff, place where you can have a conversation. Everything they have on their menu is really awesome. However our favorite is their Ba Nam Sadec which consists in "to die for" broth with yellow noodles, pork, shrimp and fried shrimp cracker. My favorite place and you just have this great sense of happiness when eat their delicious food.
Food was decent. Always like their grilled union beef. But service is a little strange. Maybe the place is understaffed. The owner helps serve the table. The part I found amusing is that not everyone would get water unless you ask for one, and not everyone will get the same set of utensils. The utensils you get depends on what you ordered, and I think that actually took much longer for the restaurant to manage. Is it really trying to save the effort of washing fewer spoons in the expense of taking much longer to set up the tables for the guests??
I never write reviews like ever but this restaurant used to be one of my favorites. Their San Jose location was peak service, atmosphere, and food. Then the pandemic hit and they closed that location down so I try to go to the Milpitas restaurant every so often. My lord. The one server (and you'll know who she is when you go) is so irritating she practically tried to feed one of the folks at our table by hand and couldn't let us just sit there for a minute to eat. Constantly harassing us the whole time. The only redeeming factor was their egg rolls. I get the craving every so often. They make really good ones but everything else has dipped dramatically in quality. The last experience soured my opinion so much, it'll be at least two years before I go back.
Authentic Vietnamese food. Great service. Prepare to get your hands dirty and enjoy the feast.

One of the best pho places in milpitas, service was good, food was great and overall a clean place to eat. The workers there super nice, i donât have to worry asking for extra limes and workers making a face. Food always comes in hot and the noodle
Pho 90 is one of the better pho spots in the bay. I ordered the "Seafood Fried Rice" and it was salted just right, where just the seafood was salted while the rest of the seasoning seeped into the rice.
Beautiful interior that reminds me of spots li
