Such an amazing fitness family! I’ve never been to a gym that cares so much about its members and their well being journey. The owner is so passionate and it shows in each workout. Amazing workouts, I’m so addicted!

Such a great team and gym! The programs are written so that you never get bored but also always have a challenge . It’s a gym that focuses on improving your ability without judgment . All bodies & all levels are absolutely welcome. So happy to have found this gym.

My calendar shows that today I had my 40th class. I started slowly and every day I have been having more discipline, thanks to each one Of my coaches , they motivate me a lot in each class, I’m grateful for having me as another member of “ clap clap VOLO “ 100% recommended

This gym will make an positive impact from the very first workout. Volofit provides a welcoming staff and environment as well as supportive trainers. Each workout is designed to help build not only your strength and endurance but also will increase your personal confidence. Classes accommodate to mostly all week/weekend schedules. I have been grateful to experience Volofit Pembroke Pines.

Best gym I’ve ever been to. The workouts are different every single day! The coaches are knowledgeable, funny and friendly. The whole community and environment is AMAZING! Never felt such amazing energy as soon as you walk in. Now I’m a different person and on a healthy fun routine! TJ, Shayne, & Caitlin are FAMILY & no, I never met them before until now! I love them!!

Since joining Volofit in January I not only have seen personal growth and strength building but also feel part of a great community of trainers and members. I’ve struggled for years with an injury and the trainers are committed to helping find ways to keep me engaged and providing safe alternatives within the classes. To date I feel stronger and more confident than I ever have at a gym and it’s all thanks to the Volofit coaches and staff for motivating me and pushing me to get better with each class. I highly recommend this gym, especially to those looking to get back into working out after an injury - they work with you every step of the way!
