Close to the airport is the best thing about this place. For what you pay per night I was appalled that the room wasn’t clean - bits of chocolate & some dark crust were all over the floor. There was no water in the room when we arrived and still none delivered to the room even though I asked and was told it would be delivered. I checked out at 4am and the helpful gent at the front desk gave me a card I could call and see what I could find in terms of compensation for this stay. That redeemed the service in my opinion. Not worth the money.

This was a great find. The room was modern and beautiful. Everything was perfect to me. For a moment in the morning we got a whiff of sewage but that was random and not invasive. The room was clean and spacious. We had a great time chatting it up with the bartender. (LOVE the little bar by the front desk - although it's not guaranteed to be open) The breakfast on the top floor is mediocre to me but fits the profile for hotel breakfast so I'm not complaining. I just don't eat meat, bread, cheese or sweets, so the only thing I could eat was eggs. Nevertheless I was extremely satisfied with my stay. I wish we had the time/ energy to visit the karaoke bar next door. They're open until 4am!

The staff are super friendly and the hotel is overall very comfortable. Douglas at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately the room had leftovers left in the fridge which was intensely pungent and prevented us from using the fridge. The floor in the room was very sticky too and the floor drain in the bathroom also smelled rather pungent. In addition to all that, next door there is a karaoke bar that was so loud through the night.

Nice rooms, service and everything. Wish the snack bar had a little more options and such. A good stay but when i lost headphones in a specific spot, said they couldn’t find it which i feel like they didn’t put enough effort into finding it before my flight. Overall, not too bad.

Loved the room being so clean and updated. First IHG hotel we stayed in that in fact has a full bathroom that’s not broken. Service was good. Restaurant available in the building so you don’t have to struggle looking for a place to eat in. If you still want to go out for anything other than what’s in the building, it’s less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Love its convenient location.

Accessibility: It’s close to highway (I-678). Buses Q25 and Q20a stop right by the hotel (127 St/20 Av) and about 10-min ride to Flushing Main Station. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces though might be busier on Friday/Saturday nights. In/out privileges if paying parking via hotel. Electric vehicles: 2 EV chargers near entrance. Type 2 charger by Enel X Way. There is $3 access charge in addition to energy fee ($0.40/kWh). Check-in: Douglas at the Front Desk was very friendly and welcoming. He was thorough with hotel amenity information and recommendations. Room: We had King Room on the 3rd floor. It’s clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Mini fridge, water kettle, Nespresso, and 2 bottled water in the room. There is blackout curtain. Water pressure in shower is however quite weak and no lock for bathroom. Noise: The room is pretty quiet. The air conditioning noise some mentioned is actually quite normal - more like white noise. We did experienced an incident with outside noise the first night but that’s out of hotel’s control. Great customer service: There was loud music past midnight for our Friday night stay. We first thought it was from the rooftop bar. Tommy at Front Desk was responsive and tried to resolve the issue. When asked to drop by the room at 1:30am, he came immediately. That was when we found out the music & noise actually came from the building at corner of 128 St/20 Ave. That is across from hotel property and out of hotel’s control. Even then, Tommy was apologetic and showed understanding. When mentioned to Douglas next day, he also expressed the same sentiment. Both gentlemen handled the matter well and put the guests at ease. This is what great customer service is 👍

I had an excellent stay here and would rebook again if ever visiting Queens. The rooms and amenities were modern. It was a great value and relatively close to LaGuardia airport. There were excellent restaurants which shared the same building as the hotel and having a wonderful meal was as easy as taking the elevator up to the other side. There was an Asian buffet and the foods there were absolutely delicious. I loved my stay and I wish I could have stayed longer. :) Note on the Hotel/Airport Shuttle: Please note, I was told that the shuttle which runs to and from the Hotel and LaGuardia Airport (at the time of this review) operates during the hours of 5am - 11pm (if I'm not mistaken). So if you have any flights where you would need to travel outside of these times, an uber/lyft would likely be your best option.

Had my privacy light on for housekeeping till 10:30 am. Turn it off and left for the day. Came back at 8 pm, room was not made up. Excuse, my privacy light was on and they assumed I didn't want service. I guess it's too difficult to check back. For the price of the room, this is unacceptable. So I guess, don't use the privacy light, let them knock and tell them to come back. At $300+, I expect more. Very disappointing
