ViVi Bubble Tea - Bubble tea store in St Cloud - 305 5th Ave S, USA

*** Everyone has a different experience *** When we came, the bubble tea shop seemed dark, not clean, and the dine-in area was messy. The shelves for sale products were almost empty, and some items looked like they had been there for a while. The staff/owner should take care more of their store to provide a better experience for the customer. In my opinion, if a store provides good services and products, but the atmosphere/space isn't good, it affects customer satisfaction as well. The atmosphere/space isn't great, but the service and drink are good. When the staff made my order wrong, he kindly gave me the one that he made wrong, rechecked my order, and made a new one right away. Their drink is decent. The Tiramisu Milk Tea (with 50% or 70% Sugar) is a delicious one.

There was a revolting piece of hair in my boba tea drink. Recently went there to get a refreshing boba tea. Specifically the Peach Aloe Tea w/ mango boba. I did not realize it had a massive piece of hair towards the bottom. Extremely unsatisfied because on top of that I spent $9. The place was completely dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned since opening. I will make sure to travel else where if I want tea next time and it is in your best interest to find a different spot as well cause this is not it.

I went there for the first time ever, IT WAS SO COMFORTING. I would go here again but I love like 2 hours away. I would rate it 10 stars if I could! I ordered the Strawberry slush with the Strawberry pop boba. 10/10

Bubble tea is amazing! The blend of tea, milk, and tapioca pearls creates a delightful and satisfying drink. The variety of flavors and toppings make it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This place is great, the folks running it are super friendly, the teas are absolutely delicious, there’s a huge variety of both teas and add-one, and on top of that, the space is absolutely gorgeous, fun and quirky without being ridiculous. Also, they have little cats running around the baseboards, my daughter absolutely loved that.

-OK- Picked up 3 drinks for the girls. Place seemed half open-kinda dirty feel overall. Employee was generally quiet but quick. Maybe a little quiet and less busy being spring break? Overall girls said drinks were decent to good.

Their drinks looks cool. Especially the blue galaxy. Just wasn't in my liking because the lemon was so strong to the point where it started tasting bitter. Second visit was definitely better. They weren't as busy as they were grand opening day so they had more time to work on the drinks. I got the lychee slush with jelly added in. It was very good. 😊

Walked in at 6:55pm, lot's of people in the room, no one waiting to order, my daughter and son were excited we made it in time... and we were greeted with "Sorry! We are closed! We are closed." Not cool. The website and google listing says open till 7p, your sign is on, clearly you didn't close early because you were slow tonight! Not only did we make it before close, and were very excited we made it in time, but my daughter had been asking for a vivi boba tea all day. You caused me to be a failure to my daughter. You deserve this 1 star review. Don't go here. They probably will be closed even if they show they are open. Very disappointed.
