Vivere Apartments - Apartment building in La Vista - 8216 City Centre Dr, USA

We absolutely love the Vivere Apartments! We have been residing here for two years and are extremely sad to leave!! The management team is absolutely wonderful, they have always been so kind to work with and always help with a smile on their faces! Maintenance is fantastic too! They always arrive at a timely manner, are always super respectful and always say hi and chat with us in the elevator. We've had very little issues, last winter our heat broke and management gave us the keys to the showing/tour apartment for the night until maintenance arrived bright and early the next morning!! The amenities are also a huge hit! The gym is always clean, having a dog washing station has been a lifesaver, and having the new bars/restaurants right downstairs are great to unwind at! We have loved being able to call Vivere our home!

I just wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance guys here at Vivere. Richard and Zach, on my first day were able to fix a couple things in my apartment (nothing too major) but still fixed it and even educated me on what they fixed after I asked them questions. They were super friendly and still are when I sew them around here. Great guys. This alone would have sold me on this place if I'd known of them on top of the already great place this is! Sam also helped me through the whole process and I ultimatelydecide to stay here and she was above and beyond with helping me. Sam is super friendly and will also give you great place to eat ideas and so much more! She still is a great help even after moving in here.this amazing place combined with its team is a true gem. Thank you guys!

Great Location, good company, bad management. Moved out and had little accounting issue. The manager was unable to understand simple mathematical issue and was unwilling to help resolve it, even after sending her multiple messages explaining the facts. I have to reach out directly to the accounting department to get things taken care of. Accounting department was helpful, took time to understand and resolved it.

Brittany, Gina, and the entire staff were absolutely amazing in helping me find the right apartment for my needs and made me feel instantly at home! Great location, great apartments, wonderful facilities, and the absolute best people. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartments for a fare price. Raegan was very kind and welcoming and showed me the units I was interested in and showed me all the cool amenities. Was very informative of all the details. I'm more than like gonna be moving in the spring.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for about 3 months and it has been nothing less than perfect. The staff is super friendly and takes residents concerns seriously. If you stop in just to say hello, you can find yourself having nice conversations with them and build a friendship. There are so many amenities and extras included that you’ll never be bored, not to mention the little events that are scheduled throughout each month such as a mini donut truck. The apartments are very modern and can be decorated to fit anyone’s style. I am so glad that this is our first apartment and I can’t imagine any other place will live up to the experience that we have had here so far.

Samantha was thr best. She's been communicating with me 100% and answers all my questions in depth. I really hope you get a chance to speak with Samantha when it comes to touring this amazing place.

I never encountered an issue renting at Vivere until the end. They absolutely screwed me over. On 5/11 I signed an early lease termination agreement and 5/16 Gina told me that someone was going to move in on the date I was set to move out and have everything cleaned (5/29). I moved out on the agreed date and called 6/8 about my security deposit but Gina was out of town and the office let me know that someone was set to move in the next day, 6/9. I called 6/19, 6/20, and 6/21 to ask about my security deposit and no one answered the phone. 6/21 my voicemail was finally returned and they informed me that I will not be getting my security deposit back yet and was still an extra months rent responsible because the tenant that was going to move in just decided NOT to move in. When I asked, they informed me that the person decided not to move in on 6/16 even though I was told they would be moving in on 6/9. That's an entire week after their move-in date -- at MY expense? Gina was condescending and downright nasty to me on the phone while refusing to take any responsibility. She was taunting me and telling me to continue getting mad because it was all my fault and no one else's. The way she spoke to me was a nasty way to treat someone in any situation and it was entirely unwarranted. I would love the managing company to listen to that recorded call. I still fail to understand how someone agreed to take my unit without signing a lease before moving in the same way I did and anyone else does. That person didn't sign any sort of agreement, according to Gina, and my unit was just taken off the available units listing by verbal agreement. No records indicating agreement or responsibility whatsoever. I was absolutely screwed over to pay extra rent at Gina's expense. She is nice until she isn't. I was under the impression that by 6/21 I had zero ties to this complex; all utilities were out of my name on 5/29 and I had made my final PRORATED payment at vivere on 6/1 -- that is, until I was charged the rest and more because someone decided to back out on moving in an entire week after their date to move in. My prorated rent should have indicated that my lease was over and finished, that no more payments were to be made since it was not my apartment nor place of residence anymore. Paying an extra months rent on top of my current complexes rent was not in my budget and they failed to inform me that I would owe more the second they knew that the person just decided not to move into my apartment because they simply didn't want to. Unprofessional and terrible management given that it took me three times to call them to even find that out myself. Gina continually yelling at me over the phone was the last of my needs. She has no empathy and lacks taking any accountability. Nine Zero properties should be ashamed of themselves for vouching for someone representing their company that way and grabbing money from me the way they did. I have absolutely zero respect for Vivere and Gina. She treated both me and my situation like garbage start to end.
