Customer service is some of the absolute worst I have ever experienced!!! And telling customers that they "can't cancel" an order that they say 2 to 3 weeks, then can't give an actual eta, and then afterwards saying another 2 weeks. I have tried calling in and emailing asking to speak to management and was just put on phone right back to the person who was the source of my frustrations. I will be finding a new supplier and recommending to any who ask to NOT use this company

Visual Edge IT has acquisition of smaller IT companies as a prominent part of its business model (per its own website). Unfortunately, Visual Edge needs someone doing a lot more due diligence when assessing the companies they acquire. They acquired Brady Business for instance and its like pulling teeth to get anything of value from that outfit. Visual Edge states a goal of acquiring Leaders in the Market who focus on customer service and support. Its laughable actual in that with Brady the acquired the bottom of the barrel. Hopefully, it wasn't a pricey acquisition. JUST AN UPDATE: I was wrong. Visual Edge acquired a bottom of the barrel in the industry because that's on par with their actual level of customer service as well. After I as talked into a copier lease by dishonest sales practices with a Brady employee, Brian Reinbold, Visual Edge bought Brady. My lease was assigned to Wells Fargo, and several service fees per mo were added to the price. Reinbold and I have done business for years. He told me the price per month would be the same as our existing lease and this machine would be better. First the machine is broken more often than not. Second, the price is more with the added service fees AND for the first time in 25 years I'm suddenly going "over allotment" on copies every month, subjecting me to about $200-300 more per quarter in fees. Visual Edge promised to fix this mess when I complained. They send out a great service tech (he should go work for a better company), the machine works for a few days and it breaks again. Reinbold sold me a piece of garbage at a higher term than he quoted. Visual Edge knows he did and are not willing to make it right. Clown Show!

My post has been deleted because i stated facts about people they employee. Documentation and photo's, but yet they still employee these type of people. Instead of employing Vets and the disabled, they choose to employee Convicts. It's anyone's right to do business with who they choose, but personally I would not do business with Benchmark office solutions. I also would not recommend them to anyone.
