Do not do business with these people. I've been trying to get a hold of Jon Mota (Sales Manager) , and Mark Jessup (Sr. Business Tech Advisor), and Johanna Carter (assistant) for over a month! I've called the office and receptionist confirms they are sitting at their respective desks and they screen my calls! Left endless voicemail, send numerous emails... no reply!!! I've been a customer of Fast Forward for nearly 2 decades! Never had a problem until the sold to Visual Edge IT. Now I can't get them to return a phone call, and I'm trying to send them a check!! I cant imagine what its like if you need a repair! Do yourself and your business a favor and find ANYBODY else for copier/printer needs!!
I choose to rate WBS Technologies, Inc. as a 5 Star worthy company because of the tremendous attention to detail they provide on a daily basis. The times I have expressed to them the smallest concern about any glitch or issue or the possibility of an issue, they immediately take action to resolve my concerns. This is what I call Unprecedented Service. They have never let me down! At CMS, Inc., we deal with many companies and have been in business for 40 years and have never seen this level of Excellence in our vendors or business relationships. WBS is truly an exceptional and extraordinary company that has raised the bar for any of their competition. There is none greater in their industry. They always go above and beyond the call of duty, I know I can always depend on them. If I could give them 20 stars, I would, without hesitation. They are truly THE BEST!!!!
The entire team at WBS is very professional. It is refreshing when you can communicate with the agent on the telephone, your sales representative, and the service technician who all have knowledge of the equipment and repair. I would easily give 10 stars to WBS Technologies - prompt and professional team!
horrible service, no help been a customer for several years and not happy at all. they have not updated the printer I use or help when I have issues. They like to get paid every month on time well I like for you to help probably not just call and assume with your advise the issue is resolved.
I needed a copier for our church, I had an old one in the office that wasn’t working that I was still leasing, Howard just happened to stop by our office heard my dilemma & went to work, he managed to get me out of the old contract & I now have a nice new machine for the same price as before.
keep getting phone calls to the Business that I work with - they will NOT LEAVE A VOICE MAIL - no idea "why" they are calling - but as of right now - I don't really care!!!
Beware!!!! If you sign something you can't get out for 5 years! The cost of the machine is $4,000 in the market and you end up paying them $32,000. You want to talk??????? I've been calling and sending letters for 6 months in order to express my desire of no renewing and nobody answers.
