Disgusting!!! Cockroach infestation like you wouldn’t believe. I saw one or two, then as I sat watching tv, I see them coming from behind the small refrigerator, behind the headboard. Around the microwave. I couldn’t believe it!!! I was in shock and in tears, trying to get out of there with my service animal. Plus the pipe under the sink started gushing water and the Hindi front desk guy very arrogant and rudely said, so what. There’s nothing wrong with that. Whaaaaatttt???!!!! He says that cockroaches running around is not a big deal. Busted water pipe at 11pm is not a problem…. Gross! Unfortunately, every time, every single damn time, when I see the Hindi language displayed on the site and I know I managed is Hindi, there is ALWAYS cockroaches in the rooms. I mean every single time!!! I don’t mean to be disrespectful but why is this is common occurrence in establishment Hindi run/owned?? To the point that if I see , Hindi as a language spoken. I’m done, forget it. I’m not doing it again!!!! The disgusting infested hell hole needs to be red taped. Demolished. Burned down!!! Or….. pay a little to get ur cockroach infestation removed!!!
This was the worst room I EVER stayed in. The shower filled up with water, toilet would not flush, curtain rods hanging off the windows, screens were broken on the windows, and it smelled sooo bad, I wanted to vomit! I wouldn’t stay in that place for free ($120 a night….for a roach motel???) These kinds of places should be illegal to rent out, falsely advertising a comfortable place to stay. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for hosting this sort of run down property. People need to have integrity when they are running a business. That room was unlivable. Vista….do better!
My wife and I got in from the airport immediately taking a shower my wife caught someone looking at her through the shower vent which is directly above the shower. This vent can be accessed by anyone if the 20 rooms via the crawl space due to them all being connected.i spoke to the owner and they didn't go look didn't act concerned at all.... looks to be a trap house as well.... not safe... oh and cockroachs...
1 Guy I spoke to was helpful prior to showing up. 1 Guy working here not so much. In the same day had 1st room that key wouldn't work , moved me to 2nd room and that key didn't work. So can't leave here without keeping door unlocked or be locked out. Doors and handles are a terrible. Wifi little to no service. TV is not working and asked for help, Guy said the man at night can help with that. Resident staying next to me was peeing and revealing his genitals OUTSIDE his own room and window and preceeded to walk back in his room after. Can't forget the roaches now either. All this for $135-$150 per night. Will never come back and will continually post until I get some sort of compensation.
Excellence customer service. Rooms are clean it's very quiet . Location is just minutes away from bus line mall .Metro rail connecting Culver city public transportation.
Room was dirty. Saw 3 roaches within the hour I was there, windows don’t even have locks and screens were ripped, it was just a nasty/unsafe experience.
The only good thing about this place was that when I freaked out about the "waterbug" (HUGE roaches) infestation in my room and decided to leave after one sleepless night, I was given a refund on the the two nights I wouldn't be staying there. I didn't even bother to give an explanation for why I needed to leave early because they already know they've got a terrible bug problem and clearly don't care enough to try to take care of it. So if you need a cheap room and don't mind a mass of roaches the size of your fist appearing after the sun goes down, this is your place.
No heat, no wifi, tv broken, people all over the place smoking marijuana.

I had my first ever spin class with Monique today! She was amazing - super upbeat and made me feel welcome, comfortable, and confident from the moment I met her. I was worried about the class (âclassicâ) being too difficult for me as someone who
