Vista Del Rey Apartments - Apartment rental agency in Las Vegas - 6701 Del Rey Ave, USA

I moved from NYC to Las Vegas, and I didn't have the time to go and make sure about the place before moving to Vista del Rey, But, Anisa and Noelle helped me to make everything from the distance with all the paperwork and making sure about the condition of the apartment. Anisa, especially helped me me from the very beginning in a very friendly, polite and understanding way, and she still helps me in all my questions with that charismatic and smart way that describes her. Anytime that I have a concern, or I have something to fix Andy and his team take action immediately to correct any possible circumstances, also very respectful and professional gentlemen. So far, I have no complains at all, I'm blessed living here since I like the peaceful environment. Also, they like to bring some food-trucks helping the local businesses and allow us to enjoy different food from here. Thank You so much Anisa, Noelle, Andy, and all the Vista del Rey team.

I have lived in this apartments for more than 7 years, in all that time we never had any complain from the neighbors of any kind of disturbances or any issues with our way to live. On December 2023 we move for an upgrade apartment of three bedrooms in the same property. Since the first week living in the new apartment I had reported issues with the neighbors that live in the second floor, they are making a lot of disturbances, noises, every single morning since we moved there. At this point is really frustrating to come to the apartment after to work in the night shift and try to sleep and rest and facing this kind of issues. I reported to the manager and the staff members, but the only response received is they have to follow the protocol mean while I have to stay in the apartment living with stress and the lack of sleep and rest because of that issue. I understand there’s a protocol to follow, but who’s gonna take care about my family and the minimum requirements to live in a community? Do we have to stand a long time to get any response?. I already talked to the manager to see if we can move for another apartment, but she told me I have to pay once again for a new transfer fee, when I already paid that fee last month and I didn’t receive at least the minimum requirements to live as a human being. Also I reported the microwave the door is hitting the wall and we cannot use it. The frame of the door in one of the rooms is broken, they told us, they suppose to fixed on January/02/2024 but they never showed up. I have written this review because I don’t see any solution to my problem with this new apartment, is really frustrating live like that.

Noelle did such an amazing job at making me feel welcomed and touring the place while giving me so much information. It's been so hard trying to look for an apartment as it's my first time and a lot of staff I've dealt with at other complexes have been very off putting as they always seem to be rushing, or just uninterested. Thank you to Noelle for answering all of my questions and never making me feel like I was asking too much!

Response to owner: lol, I have contacted your office. I contacted your office when the unit behind mine had the showers "refurbished" by spray painting the fake- tile plastic panels, and instead of airing out the unit, they closed it up tight so the only place the paint fumes could escape to was my unit. I called the emergency maintenance line in hopes they'd come air out the other unit. No one responded. I did my best to air out my unit even though the windows are waist high and while they're open there's nothing to stop mosquitos, scorpions, and black widows that live outside from coming in. I made a maintenance request first thing in the morning, through the portal, after breathing fumes for 12+ hours, both of us vomiting, and my child having to use their inhaler several times. Nothing. I went by the office to ask if they'd received my requests and was told, basically, that the only thing Vista Del Rey considers an emergency is something that might cause damage to their building and that it is of no concern to them if there's a problem that may cause us health problems. Furthermore, the leasing agent said she'd breathed the paint fumes and was fine. This is not the "own" she thinks it is. I asked her if she'd breathed them for 14 hours, it clearly hadn't occurred to her that there's a difference. She kept insisting that this was a non-issue or a problem that I should have to resolve despite Vista Del Rey creating it, further escalating the situation. When I became more frustrated at her arrogant and unapologetic disposition, she became more and more adamant that I should be fine with paint fumes. The narcissist can't take any criticism. When you become critical the narcissist quickly assumes the victim role. She acted like I was the problem for being upset that I had to breathe paint fumes all night and they refused to prioritize this issue. I was about to leave when the woman kept shouting at me that it wasn't an emergency. I never raised my voice, I only expressed that I was upset, I didn't shout or curse at her, I only tried to help her understand why this wasn't ok and implored her to have a little empathy. TL;DR I've tried to contact your office and it doesn't help. I've sent emails, I've made maintenance requests that were not responded to and then closed, I made requests for pest control for the fruit flies that live in all the drains and received no response. Contacting your office does nothing except get me harassed.

Had a tour and Anisa was a hoot! She showed me a renovated two bedroom two bathroom and I definitely recommend the Magnifica layout! Thanks Anisa for all of your help looking forward to applying when my lease ends.
