Front desk and technicians are friendly. But I can't consciously recommend Dr.Wong. He likes to assume about you, impatient in your questions, and blames you if something was wrong about his measurements. I'm sure he's knowledgeable, but that's not the kind of customer service i prefer, especially paying $140 even after insurance for a basic exam.

I’ve been going here for years, even though I now live in Seattle. I go here because they provide excellent service, they care about their patients, and they always have the latest technology. I’m a big fan.

I am happy with my first visit! The staff is friendly and attentive and Dr. Wong is quick, efficient and thorough! He caught a possible big problem (we will know more in a couple of weeks)that my other optometrist missed and for that I am extremely thankful! I am comfortable bringing my family here now and we won't have to wait 6-8 months to get in!!

Dr. Wong and staff are very helpful and responsive with any questions. Online/text appointments work great, and having a digital copy of records is much appreciated. Estimated 4-6 weeks for glasses, but they arrived in about 3. Definitely recommended! Has a small selection of safety glasses as well.

I started seeing Dr. Wong 2 years ago and each visit has been a great experience. This doctor is friendly, professional and very thorough with his exams. His team is also nice and helpful- I didn't catch her name yesterday, but the woman who did the billing for my new lenses was super sweet! I definitely recommend this place!

Great experience overall. Dr. Wong was super friendly, courteous, and thorough but efficient. Carol was also amazing; she was very helpful with verifying my insurance coverage and spent so much time helping me pick out the perfect pair of frames. Excellent service, safe and clean environment-- would highly recommend!

Walked in to pick out glasses with my prescription . When I walked in all 3 receptionist looked surprised. I said I came to look at glasses and the one receptionist looked as though what I was asking wasn’t ok. So then I preceded to ask, is that not ok. She stood up and said we usually have customers who have been seen here look for glasses or have their prescription to help guide them to find glasses. I said I have my prescription and yet she still was very apprehensive to help me.I ended up walking out. My friend who walked in with me tried to encourage me to stay and look at the glass frames even after the interaction she witnessed and saw how it had effected me. I told her no I am ok. My point being, Is when buying new glasses/frames every year due to my amazing health care benefits Of $400 , I always. Check out other stores to see what they have and I have never been received in Such a manner as shock when I walk in to the store to shop for new frames/ glasses. It bothered me all the way home. I debated about what to do. I decided to leave a review but after reading your other bad reviews of how you defended your self rather then view from the customer’s point of view and defend yourself just proves to me even more what I experienced was very unprofessional. I will say the place looked very nice and pleasant but too bad I did not feel the same way about the staff. Just because I had a bad experience doesn’t mean this is a bad place it just means it is not the place for me. I wish them many happy years and maybe the opportunity to change any future events of this happening with any other customers.
