I had a major issue with my computer not coming on and I needed a document for a meeting that was on my computer.. The staff was very accommodating and kept me filled in with what was happening with the repairs. The repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time. When given the invoice the charges were less then what was quoted and it still took a great deal of time for the repairs. I highly recommend Vision Computer Services. Thank you for your service! Rooms are nice and clean, beds are firm, I like that I'm not a fan of overly soft beds. However don't expect the cable to work. The signal goes in and out and glitches and the shower water is not hot just warm.
