I was here for about seven months, nothing about it that wasn't functional. Like just had to adapt too using a electric skillet. Good for anyone living , even if the size of the room mattered. like the biggest positive was a regular actual size closet! Not too sure about the service part, it was my apartment too me not a catered event or anything. Nothing bad too say about it.
This isn't really a motel, it's low income housing. About half the rooms have been rented to the same people for over a year. This is a place where people who get a job in Reno will come and stay for a few months until they are able to get back on their feet and get a better place. If you are interested in trying to stay here you need to call 2-3 months before hand and get on the waiting list, they usually don't have any available rooms.
Very caring management that is willing to work with you and fix issues and my husband and I have lived in Reno,nv on an off for 5 years and this is the best place yet an the price is perfect
Very wonderful managers, If you have a problem communicate to them and they will find a prompt solution. Shabby to look at but good for the price.

Friendly easy access no bugs
Good place to live, and decent monthly rates.
It seems to be ok, the parking needs to be redone but overall its ok.
Best coffee shop in Reno! Fantastic local spot with great service and even better coffee. My wife and I just got back from Italy where coffee is so much apart of the culture and coming here felt like we never left! You can tell the owner Graeson goes
