Tried butter pecan flavored coffee here. It was tasty. The staff were nice and joked with us. The decor is eclectic but fun. It's worth stopping for the coffee if you find yourself in Virginia Beach.

Little hole in the wall with breakfast Sammies, bagels, and probably the best coffee on this end of the beach. Had a stellar hot cappuccino with oat milk one morning that kept me going til 3am. Had an iced latte that just wasn't as good as the hot cappuccino, but still did its job. If you hate hotel coffee this place should be good for you.

Would highly recommend this coffee shop. I came back two days in a row to get my morning coffee and family member a chai. They use tazo products which are used at Starbucks so the taste is very similar. Coffee was great, and they have a variety of options for milk substitutes as well. I didn’t get food but they had numerous breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, and bagels available. They have an espresso bomb, which I need to try. It is ice cream, espresso, whip cream and chocolate sauce. their prices are reasonable at 4.50 for a small (8 oz) and 5.00 medium (12 0z). I did think their smoothies and frappes were slightly over priced at $8.00. There are 2-3 tables available inside and 2 outside. But the beach is right across the street so I got to enjoy my morning coffee while watching the waves. Would recommend this coffee shop if you’re in the area, it’s walking distance from most hotels.

Failed to take my phone inside, so no pictures of the place. 😬 And I didn't think to take a photo until it was half eaten because I was hungry. 🙄 Got the New York style avocado toast and a blueberry muffin with cream cheese filling. The food was tasty with my only critique being that the bread should have been cut in half so that it could be held more easily for eating. When I got there and told the young woman behind the counter that I was looking for warm food, she really did not help me identify what their options would be. It just took me time of looking through the cases in the boards. She was polite but could work on her up sales and knowledge of the menu to share with someone who's not familiar. As with a lot of shops in the area besides coffee and food there was a variety of tourist items available. The most interesting was a giant bin of east coast conch shells. The store had a Christian radio station playing over the speakers but also had some racy kitchen towels for sale. Definitely felt like a responsible/kind type of management and ownership, but this was my first visit. Planning to be in the area for a while and will likely stop back because it's close to grommets island at the beach which is a nice place to park and be near the water.

A great little coffee shop...asked Anastasia if she could make something resembling a flat white. It was delicious. The Greek avocado toast was nice, too.

Love the place but just got completely ignored by staff just now. She didn’t hear or see me walk in. She was behind the counter on her phone with her back partially turned. I waited about a a minute and a half before I said anything just to see if she would notice me standing practically in front of her. So I said excuse me 4 times to which she didn’t even flinch. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt and say she didn’t hear me, but the doorbell rings as soon as you walk through the door, as well as I’m not a soft-spoken person. I just walked out because at that point I felt like I was just being ignored due to the constant scrolling thru lil mabu reels. If I wasn’t being ignored, then she needs to stay of the phone because lack of situational awareness could have ended way worse than a loss of sale. All it takes is the right person with the wrong intentions to see that and take advantage of her not being aware of her surroundings. As a former food service employee, I’ve seen things happen all because of being too busy on the phone. (Fires, robberies, dine and dash, burns, flooding, etc.)

3.5 stars. This is a great grab n go place. Very good customer service! If you're looking for good pastries and delicious espresso, this is your place! If you're looking for genuine dark roast and more ambiance, I would check out somewhere else along the strip.

Staff is extremely rude! Had the same encounter with the employee of the review that was written 58 minutes ago. The girl did not greet or say a word to me whatsoever, and got my order wrong! I asked about it, and said nothing to me other than just make a face! Please fire her, just making the shop look bad! Employee is the one working on 08/19/23.
