Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse - Travel lounge in Queens - SIM, USA

Fantastic experience. Staff were phenomenal. So helpful and friendly. The views of the airport were spectacular especially as we were there at sunset. Loads of different seating areas with very comfy chairs. The only downside in my opinion is that food and drink has to be ordered via app or via a member of staff. Most lounges have a running buffet for food so you can graze. Having to order more formally wasn't really my thing. Saying that, the whole experience was very pleasant and removed you from the chaos of the airport. Food was nice but nothing special.

Nice lounge in Terminal 4 of JFK airport with a distinctive decoration. Very spacious with lounge chairs, tables. There is shower rooms for guests. There is also a pool table, a beverage bar to serve alcoholic drinks. Guests will order foods and drinks by an app. Up to now, it is the best lounge visited so far in JFK airport.

I had a lovely experience here and was able to switch right into vacation mode as soon as I entered. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. The staff member that primarily took care of me while I was there anticipated my needs and made wonderful recommendations. Altogether, with the ambiance and relaxed atmosphere, it elevated my experience and started my trip off with a marvelous tone. I look forward to any future visit to the clubhouse at JFK.

The dining experience and service offered here are truly exceptional, setting this lounge apart as one of the finest in Terminal 4. The staff members exhibit an impressively warm and welcoming demeanor, readily available to provide valuable recommendations. The environment maintains an impeccable level of cleanliness, further enhancing the overall appeal. Undoubtedly, this establishment has become my preferred choice for extended layovers, delivering an ideal haven for long journeys.

Nice lounge, but had issues to get food. The food is ordered via their app or service staff. It took me 30 minutes to get my food (after I went to check on it). I was not alone as I observed the food process. Seems the lounge should just do buffet style as they are unable to serve the customers via the current order and then we deliver food and drinks to your table system.

Very spacious lounge with plenty of seats with a view of the runway. We came by on a Friday at around 8:45 AM, and it wasn't crowded. You scan a QR code to order, and they bring the food to your table. There aren't a lot of food options, at least not for breakfast. You can choose from a bagel with cream cheese, oatmeal, or yogurt. Still beats waiting at the gate, and at least it's something to eat.

The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at JFK International Airport is a great place to relax and wait for your flight. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food and drinks are delicious. I especially appreciated the private toilets and showers. I would highly recommend the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to wait for their flight.

Virgin lounge grants access with the priority pass which is awesome. It serves decent food and the espresso martinis are fantastic, just don’t drink too many!
