They want to help you find what fits your needs and they do that by listening. Then they provide excellent pricing and top-notch service and support. A bit about support: If you end up requiring support they respond quickly - VERY quickly and resolve the issue usually within minutes. They are friendly and always eager to assist. In our case, her at the Simmons Clinic in Linden, AL. We wanted to reduce expenses without compromising capabilities. We discussed our options and found a solution that would we liked. I then threw a wrinkle at them with the desire to do desktop faxing - over the internet. Again, they rose to the challenge and found a solution that allows unlimited incoming / outgoing faxes. When everything was done the Simmons Clinic was able to reduce our phone bill by over 75% with superior capabilities!

They are very helpful and courteous. What impresses me most is the quick response time. Especially for smaller companies without the resources or need to support full time on-staff tech people, outsourcing to Viral is an excellent way to still have IT support. No waiting on hold for six forevers only to speak with someone that barely speaks English, or be on an online chat with a customer service rep that is juggling 6 clients at the same time. And since they are LOCAL, if they need to come in person to take care of something they will. Best money we have spent in awhile.
