VIP'S Cafe - American restaurant in Lake Elsinore - 29997 Canyon Hills Rd, USA

Yes! Had the tuna salad with avocado. Tasty and good. Ummmm. Friend had pasta with alfredo sauce. Wife had a potato taco. Yes! Waitress Jennifer was attentive and professional and even got water for our little dog as we sat outside in the sun. Enjoyed the meal!

Definitely recommend, service is awesome, food is amazing. Breakfast, lunch or dinner go get it!

This place has some great service. I couldn’t have been seated faster, tended too faster, or gotten my food faster if I brought it with me. I tired to drink my iced tea, and it kept getting refilled at half empty. Amazing, friendly, and speedy fast service. Food tasted great, nice atmosphere. Want to just enjoy a meal without anything over the top but feel like your waiter or waitress care? This is your place.

This cafe is located in the Stater Bros shopping center on Canyon Hills Rd & Railroad Canyon Rd with plenty of parking and a good size patio with outside seating. First timer here and I'm very impressed, food tastes delicious and super fresh with great presentation. Food took a bit longer than expected to come out but was worth the wait. I really enjoyed their 'Pesto Turkey Melt' which is served on a grilled Ciabatta Roll and their Waffle which is soft and simply amazing! Their coffee is fresh, one of the best I've ever had. Shout out to our server Sabrina who was attentive, helpful with the menu and made sure our coffee cups were filled. The restaurant is very clean and organized with nice decor. Restrooms are also clean. Overall we had a good experience here and can't wait to return and try other menu items.

I left the place in across the street from the Canyon Lake main gate because I was sitting there a long time before a waiter came. I’m glad I left there or I wouldn’t have visited VIP. VIP was an exceptional alternative and a must nicer location, venue and atmosphere. My waitress, Jennifer, i think her badge showed had a wonderfully pleasing persona and voice - and a cut Halloween tutu. My food was great with an interesting way to order that probably drove the price a bit higher. I liked the food, eggs, bacon, French toast. The biscuit was a standard doughy issue but everyone except for the rare, very rare few take the time to really put out a grand biscuit product. But they don’t advertise just biscuits, but rather biscuits and gravy. And you can cover up a bad biscuit if you want the gravy. Next time I’ll pass. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere. The waitress was very nice. Menus prices were higher than the place that ignored me, but, hey really?!?

Always wanted to go here since it's a local restauraunt. I was not expecting a crowd to appear, seems like this is a go-to place on Sundays. When we arrived, there was a waiting list and it took about 20~25 minutes to be seated. The lady serving us was nice. Food was great, LOTS of variety on the menu--especially for breakfast. Breakfast served all day. I got the "crunchy french toast" combo. Their french toast is AMAZING. Sweet and cinnamon-y (at least, the one I got), not to mention filling! Wish the waitress would visit our table more than just once though--the number of staff overall is very small despite the amount of people that are dining in. Other than that, not bad. Will come back again just to try out all kinds of foods they have here.

$50 for breakfast for two should be an outstanding meal, right? It wasn't. The place is clean, servers friendly and attentive, but the fare is just OK. I think this is the direction of restaurant fare in CA with $20/hr labor cost.

First time eating here. Came with a group of coworkers on a short lunch break. The service was fast & friendly, food was reasonably priced and very tasty too. I will definitely be returning again soon.
