After purchasing one of their computers a while ago, I ran into an issue and contacted customer service. Very quickly, I got a response from Colin and I was very satisfied with the quality of customer service and how much they were willing to correspond with me. Colin was extremely helpful and I appreciate the willingness to communicate and answer all my questions. In short time, I sent the computer back to them and received it back where it now runs beautifully and no longer exhibits the same issues it was having before. As someone who is not extremely knowledgeable about computers, I was thankful that they were understanding and explained a bit about what may be causing the issues I was having. Overall, I'm super satisfied with the computer I received, the repairs they made, and the excellent customer service.
