Great experience! My daughter brought her dog “ Ryder” here and was very pleased with the services provided! The providers were professional, caring and thorough. The physical exam my grand dog received was one of the best he’s ever gotten! Pricing is very reasonable! Lab work was reported the very next day! Thanks to Dr Levine and staff!

My Lab, Jake & I had a wonderful experience. The Dr worked with 3 techs. We had our own private room, they all were extremely friendly, concerned about my dogs issues, comforting, gentle & did not rush us; even though there was a line behind us. I highly recommend giving them a visit. Ty

It was very affordable, and the vet was super nice. Told me everything they were going to do during our visit and even showed us options for cheaper prices. I am definitely going back again for my other pups! 🐾 Update. I've brought my other pup and just like before they was awesome! In-between shots and Microchip they loved all up on my pup making him feel more comfortable! ❤️

I took my dog Paisley for her annual checkup. It was "walk in". There were 3 people waiting before me. The staff were very quick and thorough with each " pet patient." It came to our turn she (my dog) readily walked in with the staff. She seemed calm and comfortable with the staff, Her examination done, immunizations were given and blood test was done. She was calm throughout. The staff and vet at VIP Petcare Central Islip are terrific. Thank you. RT.

Services are SHADY. At any turn they force more vaccinations than required to make a dollar. Annual rabies shot was due 2 months ago so they would only say this next shot was good for a year….goes against all logic.

The Vet I saw Kimberly Levine is awesome, and so is the staff that works with her. They are always patient, kind, and check the pets very well. They do not try to talk you into getting things you do not need. They also will not vaccinate if they feel the animal is not up to it. They also have allergy shots. My dog has allergies and was biting her paws, scratching underneath, and biting her tail. She never had bugs on her. I tried a shot which lasted 2 months, and I just got her another one. After 2-3 days no more scratching! Another vet wanted me to pay a LOT of money for her to get tested. Great place to go. Good package prices. Also, buy something at the store, they are kind enough to let them have the clinics there..

The only problem was waiting on line inside the store. Many pets don't "get along" and everyone was trying to restraint them. I think the system they had before (a text message when they were ready for you) was more effective. You wait for your turn in your car and nobody gets upset because the "dog was trigger by the cat" and started barking. ML

I brought my dog to VIP Pet Wellness Center after reading good reviews! Dr. Levine and her staff (Laura and Linda) were all amazing! You can really tell they love their job and the animals they see. While my dog was being examined/having blood drawn, Linda held my girl close and gave her so many kisses like she was her own! It was good to see my dog get treated the same way I would have treated her if I had been in the room holding her. All my questions were answered and everything was thoroughly explained to me and I never felt like I was being forced to buy any procedure or package I did not want or find necessary. Dr. Levine followed up in the morning with an email and lab results! I would absolutely recommend this location for your pet care needs!
