I have been living at Vintage Terrace Senior Apartments for almost a year and a half and I love it here. The office staff, Saika and Raul, are very accomodating and helpful. Saika makes sure that everyone feels welcome and satisfied with living here. It's a great place and that is why they have a long waiting list, because the word gets around.

I have lived at Vintage Terrace for 4 years and I have loved living here. The location is great and community is well maintained. The staff, Raul, Saika, Mark, Angel are friendly and always helpful. This is a great place to live :)

We have lived at Vintage Terrace senior apartments for the last 8 years. My mom, our old chihuahua and I love everything about our home. The management team of Saika, Mark, and Raul are highly professional, friendly, and quick to remedy any problems. Our neighbors are wonderfully diverse, considerate, and friendly. We have made friendships that will last a lifetime. The property itself is well maintained and landscaped. I am especially impressed that some employees live here. This practice is essential in the staff's appreciation of resident's daily activities and concerns. We want to thank the management team for their dedication, care, and hard work in providing us with a home in which we can have pride.

Can’t be happier Sika, their property manager, went above and beyond to help my family to find the best living space possible and she was the most friendliest and professional experience property manager we have ever deal with. Their staff and maintenance team are amazing and I promise you will be very happy with them.

Had an aunt living here since 2008, and it came time for her to move to assisted living. We had a bit of clean up to do in the apartment. And Saika and the others there (sorry, I didn't get their names) made it very easy to do what was needed to get things cleaned up. They are very much appreciated. Also found that all the residents I came across were very friendly. I'm a techie loner that has worked mostly night shift for 35+ years, so socializing isn't something I'm great at. But even I could fit in well there :-) Love the landscaping as well - it all gave me some good things to try to do at my own place.

Due to Saika and Raul’s kindness and professionalism at the onset, we felt very comfortable and welcomed. Although we were not able to make Vintage Terrace our home, we were provided with other viable options with a sister property. We’re more than thrilled to now call Vintage at Snowberry our home. Saika, Raul and staff are changing lives one application at a time. Kudos to the entire Vintage Terrace Team!!!
