Roberta, at Vintage Senior 1 Apartments in Oceanside, is the BEST manager ever! She is always friendly, helpful, accurate, and dependable. She solves anything that comes up with me. She has the parking lot, grounds, laundry room, and clubhouse kept in perfect order! The maintenance man, Marco, always responds quickly when I put a work order into my portal. He's good at fixing everything, and very dependable. I love living here, and I'm glad I'm here!

I like the coffee in morning and Roberta makes ssure we have donuts and little snacks. I enjoy socializing and like that we starting to have more social events and fine parties. Come live here it's fun making friends in the clubhouse!

New manager as of writing this review 4/2023, lovely Roberta, is such a caring reliable hardworking manager making sure things are running smoothly whilst greatly assisting renters and applicants. The staff members are awesome, as well as Marco & Miranda! It's not about the review purpose per se, but the factual evidentiary facts regarding this senior apartment complex. Very recommendable, indeed, as a residence. More than 5 plus 🌟 which is very deserving. KUDOS to the JOB WELL DONE from Maintenance and residents supportive services! Absolutely enjoying residing at this wonderful place, close to almost everything ( bus stops, Coaster, STARBUCKS, few walks to fast foods i.e. Jack in the Box, Kentucky Fried Chicken, North Country Human Services, Veterans Adm Bldg, Dentist office, groceries outlets, gas ⛽ stations, convenience stores, et al ). Last but not least, short distance to the beach 🏖️ by car where Top Gun house is located with the motorcycle 🏍️ Tom Cruise used 😎 👍 Vintage Pointe is A+💯 🙏👍🙌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Maintenance keeps our apartments running perfectly. Our manager, Roberta always has a smile and is polite. She makes it comfortable for residents to talk to her. Thank you Vintage Pointe staff for also making us holiday parties with candy, treats, and activities!!!

Roberta was so kind and helpful to me and my senior parents. I needed help and she was very patient and kind to assist us beyond what we expected. She went over her work time to make sure our needs were met! Thank you for such a friendly manager, we love her!!!

Roberta the manager of VPI is such an amazing manager. We had the best Holiday Party which was so beautifully designed, organized, lots of delicious food and she made two turkeys and we had so many desserts!!! Thank you for making the residents so happy at VPI!!!

Roberta made me so happy and I love my new floors! I am in a wheelchair and it was hard to move on old carpet but Roberta listened to my request and helped me so now I can move freely in my house! Very good life now:)
