Vineyard Hacienda - Wedding venue in Spring Valley - 12685 Campo Rd, USA

Unfortunately, due to a systems glitch, my future reservation was cancelled by Vineyard Hacienda. I was upset- beyond upset- as we were going to be traveling from out of state to a family wedding. There would be not enough time to find another hotel! ||I was contacted by Rhonda from Vineyard Hacienda. I voiced my dissatisfaction and overall discus at the situation. Rhonda graciously apologized and promised she would get back to me. ||Three days later I had all but cancelled my attendance at the family wedding, when Rhonda contacted me. Not only did she get me a room at the specific hotel where the wedding was to be held (and we knew it was sold out) but she was able to match the price! ||Never, and I mean NEVER have I experienced that level of service!! Just when I thought "she'll never call me back!" Rhonda did in fact call me back. |Between Rhonda, and her contact/friend Joy, they worked it all out for us!||I am so incredibly grateful to Rhonda and Joy. And when I'm in the area, I will make it a point to stop in, say hello and personally thank you.||Thank you both so very much! You exemplify and represent the true meaning of Hospitality!!

Booked through the American Advantage program but unfortunately the type of room booked, deluxe two queen beds, dies not exist at the Vineyard Hacienda. The owner, Joseph, offered my friend and I another room with a total price comparable to what I had already paid for the booking. The hotel is very eclectic with each room having a different theme. Had a great conversation with Joseph after checking in and gave us some free wine. It is very quiet and secluded. It would be a great weekend getaway for couples. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff and owner.

Only one of the staff was kind to us. The others lied when they said they'd give us a tour of the wine cellar. They didn't. They said we could stay and use the pool all day after we checked out of our room. We were kicked out at 5:00 and hustled out so quickly some of my things were left behind. They make the hacienda sound so beautiful in their media, but the place is dark, creepy, and spooky. If you plan on staying for a romantic getaway, don't stay in the Merlot room; the bed squeaks.

Vineyard hacienda is an incredible experience. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff are terrific. My Wife and I were bound to get in super late, and they accommodated us no problem. We are already talking about our next visit!

It's hard to believe I didn't know of Vineyard Hacienda before. This home is truly private, clean, serene, welcoming and is really one of the nicest places to stay in CA. Joseph, Patty and staff operate a business here but, when visiting it feels like a meet-up with really cool relatives and friends that you've been waiting to get together with. This is a place where the concern isn't about cost, it's about whether or not it's available. 5 stars isn't enough. I have to award 10 or 12. So if you ask if I'd visit again......I already have and I will again. So will you.

This place is unbelievable! Three-star hotel does not adequately describe it. A little hidden gem off the road in Rancho San Diego. When you get here, the place is the most peaceful and idyllic spot in San Diego! Service is amazing. The grounds are unbelievable. Definitely grab some fresh blackberries from the bush outside. Dozens of Rose bushes, Bird of paradise and fruit trees adorn the property. Definitely check out the meditation area with the Japanese statuary. Every room has its own style and theme. Definitely check out the Pharaoh room!

If your are considering going to this place I can personally vouch that you'll have a Blast! From the friendly staff to beautiful spaces plus the game room by the pool/Jacuzzi this is one of the places I plan on making a yearly visit to. Cheers to Joseph and the Team !

They do not honor your reservation!! Had booked with vineyard hacienda since April 5, 2024 to stay in August 29, 2024. I always plan my vacation ahead of time but this place calls me 2 week prior to my stay to say they can no longer accommodate us due to they give priority to a wedding. I feel this is rude and manager did not do anything to fix my stay. I am driving from Texas to San Diego. I will never consider staying here again. I do no trust this property owner Expedia responded "hotel just got wedding booked so they refrain other booking.
