Vince's Restaurant & Pizzeria - Italian restaurant in Monroe - 619 4th Ave, USA

Passing through town & stopped for lunch. Food was very good & plentiful. Also served very HOT. Waitress was helpful is choosing things from the menu. She overheard us talking about my wife's birthday being the day before & brought us a complimentary dessert when we were done eating. We both thought that was extremely nice & thoughtful. We'll keep this place on our list of places to stop when we come through in the future.

OMG! The food is amazing the pizza was cooked to perfection, and the Nonna's Angela ribeye is to die for ! The waiter we had was awsome very polite, you can tell that he truly has passion for this restaurant. I would highly recommend coming here to eat.

Our group was greeted with a smile and given a table big enough for 10 people of which 3 were from Alaska and there for the first time. The wait staff is amazing, very friendly and always made sure that everyone had what they needed. The food was amazing, everyone really enjoyed what they ordered and everyone loved the Potato/Bacon Soup. We were not pressured to hurry up and leave even after we were done eating and food was packed up to take home, we were allowed to continue to visit with family. No improvements needed from our perspective. Thank You All

01/2018 Back for another try today. Fabulous food...like amazingly good! And Great service! Added 5th ☆ . Good food. Friendly service. Only complaint is when they try to clear dishes off table when you not completely done. Happened a few times to us tonight. Makes ya feel rushed too, like they want you to hurry up and get done... but your still eating. And sometimes best part of meal is soaking up leftover excess with your bread! Not too bad that would make us stay away the food makes us wanna go back.

Never had anything less than excellent food and service. Always happy with our visits here. A little loud sometimes, and can echo, making conversation a little tricky, but otherwise perfect place for excellent, affordable meals and superb service.

Even though they are a little pricier we were looking forward to trying Vince's given the good reviews. We did carry out so maybe that's the difference, but we couldn't help but laugh when we opened our food. The Chicken Cordon Bleu was supposed to have prosciutto and swiss cheese according to the menu. It had a slice of lunch meat ham instead, definitely not close to any prosciutto I've ever had. The combo lasagna might have had a "meat sauce" but I couldn't find any meat in the sauce or lasagna. They also don't layer the sauces, Alfredo and tomato sauce mixed together, ricotta cheese, lasagna noodles, that's it. The side salads were all brown, very brown. We couldn't make one side salad with all of the ok lettuce picked from 3 salads. I will say the Chicken Parmigiana was excellent, and the Chicken from the Chicken Cordon Bleu was excellent, they just shouldn't have claimed there was prosciutto on it. It was probably the best breaded chicken we've had from a restaurant in a while. The salads shouldn't have been given to anyone.

I'd have to say the last couple of orders I've placed have not been up to par like the normal Vince's. It's expensive food and I expect great taste. Just ordered a lasagna combo. Got it within a half an hour and it was just warm. It wasn't hot. There wasn't much meat and the cheese wasn't even melted fully inside. I don't know what's happening Vince's but you need to get a grip or you're going to lose a good customer.

We liked the whole experience. Wait staff was exceptional and food was delicious!! We plan to go back there again. I have already recommended this place to other people! :)
