This house was amazing. My entire family loved it. It was great to see accommodations for children as well. We were able to order cribs and high chairs with extra cost of course, but nice to have it. The property and grounds were very clean. The house had plenty of things to do so you really didn’t have to leave. Only thing I would recommend is letting people know the parking situation prior to arrival. Overall it was a great stay.

Hot water an issue even though staff promptly attended to the problem. It was not resolved. Children and adults enjoyed themed rooms, the pool and hot tub were heated for an extra price (but so enjoyed). spacious house. A pleasure to use.

The Villa was amazing- the amenities were above and beyond what I expected . We were a group ranging in age from 1- 74 years and all were well provided for. The kids loved the themed rooms and of course the pool and games room. The rooms were large and comfortably furnished and the decor throughout was tasteful . The only suggestion I would add would be some hand rails around the pool- particularly a grab rail by the spa pool. I slipped and injured my back on the first day - and so missed out on several planned outings . I must say though the villa was a peaceful and comfortable place for me to recover while the rest of the group were out and about !!

The pictures don't do it justice. The house was perfect for our large family. The beds were super comfy. I gave 3 stars for service because the day we got there, it was reported that one of the refrigerators (main one) had a strong fish odor and the air hockey table wasn't turning on. They came out the day before we were to leave to address those things. But overall I would highly recommend this home. It was spectacular!

This house was super cool. The rooms for the kids were so fun! The rooms for the adults were comfortable. There were some things lacking though, like kitchen tools and adequate equipment to cook. The kitchen did not have spatulas, slotted spoons, potholders, large stirring bowls, salt and pepper, things like that. The stuff that you need on vacation but would never think to bring from home because “of course every kitchen has those things!” All in all we had a really great stay. The game room was so, so cool, as was the obstacle course room. The movie theater was great. The pool was perfect, and the house backs up to woods which was nice for pool privacy.

We had a group of 12 adults. We had plenty of room. Speaking of room, our bedroom had a very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and closet. We had a dining table with 14 chairs, great room was very wide and spacious. The kitchen was also very large to accommodate more than one person cooking, etc. It had two refrigerators. The house and pool w/hot tub were very clean. Upstairs we had a movie theatre with very comfortable seating. Downstairs was a game area that had a bowling lane, a room for karaoke, and arcade games. The house gave something to do for young and old. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

The house was AMAZING! Eight days just didn’t seem long enough for our family. We had a few issues when we first arrived (the hot tub not filled, theater sound bar was not working) but they immediately came and fixed the issue within minutes of us calling! Our family will definitely be coming back to stay at as we felt right at home. It was 21 of our family members together and it never felt crowded.

The sheets and blankets were very dirty in most of the rooms.They did come out to replace most of them thankfully. The rooms and the rest of the house was beautiful though 🙂. The pool needed some work done on it because the fountain never worked the whole time we were there. But it was a very nice pool in spite of that. It had a very nice game room and theatre room. And the upstairs lounge area had a mini jungle gym which the children loved, especially the slide🙂.
