Great location! Worth every penny. You can walk out of your bedroom door to the beach. Only bad thing is that the hotels place their chairs in the reserved condo area and makes it hard to find a good spot on the beach.
"ROACH" infested condo unit 2, crawling up the walls in bathroom, living room wall, and all over kitchen counters, bottom of refrigerator door, in the sink, EVERYWHERE!!!!! Called customer service and they were willing to move us to another place but it wasnt on the beach. " How fair was that!!!!" Needless to say we didnt eat/cook there because of the nastiness, when we checked out I received an email stating the stove was cracked and we owed them $1000. I called them and am waiting on a call back. DO NOT rent unit 2 unless you want roaches crawling EVERYWHERE!!!! I guess they didnt like my review and now they want to charge me for something that we didnt do!!!!
This place is not new but super nice on the inside and very clean! It has obviously been remodeled with granite counters and tile throughout. The kitchen was stocked with any utensils you might need. There is a range top, toaster oven and microwave. Very comfortable king sized bed and pull out sofa. I absolutely LOVED the VIEW from the balcony seating. We even got to see some dolphins while drinking coffee on our first morning. It comes with beach side service and extra chairs and umbrellas are stored in the closet if you need them. For the price, you can't beat it! It was perfectly sized for my husband, my daughter and myself. We booked through VRBO and Paul and Candy were very easy to deal with. Marrietta was wonderful and very nice. There was no sand in the condo at all when we arrived, which is incredible as it is literally right on the beach. If we are ever in Fort Walton again this will be the first place we try to book! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
This place was amazing! It had everything you needed except food and the clothes on your back. Perfect rental for a couple or even the family. It has a living room and open kitchen nice bathroom and one bedroom with a balcony over looking the beach. You will not get a better view of the beach and the water. We seen dolphins early every morning from our balcony. My fiance proposed to me on the beach at sunset and it couldn't have been more perfect. This is definitely a place we look forward coming back to for years to come.
Our condo was outstanding!! Decorated amazingly!! Everything was at hand, bed was ultra comfortable!! And beach right out back door!! Had chairs and umbrellas on beach too!!! Great condo!! Thanks again Paul & Candy!!! 😊
*Only thing I didn't like....was being on 3rd floor (but knew when booked). BUT just broke ankle on 4th July, so was a bit of trip with no elevator!! Wifi a bit spotty!!
Great location to things. Beach front. Opened the sliding back glass and walked straight to the beach as we were on the ground floor. We could see the condo we were staying in while we were down on the beach. Management company was easy to get ahold of for issues and took care of problems. Had food and groceries delivered by Instacart and by Walmart delivery. Walking distance to convenience store and restaurants. Would definitely go back.
The condo, Villas Capri 9, was perfect for my fiancé and I. Perfect location and only steps from the beach. My only complaint is the above the stove oven. It’s a microwaved sized oven. The way it’s installed is at a slant. My first morning there I was cooking biscuits in it and eggs below it on the stove. When I went to get out the biscuits the pan slid out of the oven and onto me and the biscuits flew into the eggs. I burnt my hand trying to stop the pan. This continued happening throughout our 5 day stay but I was ready upon opening the door the rest of the time. Luckily, I wasn’t cooking a whole lasagna or something that would have seriously burnt me.
Great place not new or fancy but great views from upper floors easy beach access lower floors not as good views but direct access to beach right out doors can't go wrong great white sand beach dolphins every morning
