Villas At Southgate - Resort hotel in St. George - 280 W 2025 S, USA

We just stayed here for a week last week and it is a great place! The pool was heated, so even in the colder weather it was nice to be in! Our kids were loving the hot tub and pool! This is one of the nicer condos we've stayed at with nice big smart TVs. What I was most impressed with is one of the days I noticed the hot tub wasn't as warm as it was the day before. It was still warm so I didn't really mind but I called to let them know it probably wasn't working like it should. In less than 15 minutes from the time I called there was an employee there to fix it!

We had a good stay here. Nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms that are separate from the kichen and living areas even though on this trip we did not use the kitchen or living room. I slept great each night, though my wife thought the sheets were too rough. She is sensitive though and brings her own for such occasions. Our room backed to the golf course and was very quiet. Only suggestion I would make is to do something about the musty smell. We had to open the windows and air it out.

Staff is great. The pool is warm. Units are very comfortable. Used for 2 weeks to hike Snow Canyon, Zion, Bryce, and others.

Mature trees provide much appreciated shade. Even though I love children, the adult pool is so nice to relax at with no noise. Just peace and quiet. Rooms are quiet, too. This resort is nestled in between a golf course, assisted living center, and a quiet suburban neighborhood.

The condo was real nice. 2 rooms. Very clean and well kept. Had most of items you would use in a condo. We did bring our own Instapot. We did have a small issue with the DVD player. The gentleman in the office come over and fixed it. As he started to work on it, he simply said he would have it working quickly or he would go get a new one for us. They were very friendly and helpful.

Not the newest, fanciest place, but we love it here! Comfortable and great location. We loved the family swimming pool as well as hot tub!

We spent a few days in St George and loved staying at Southgate. The location was great - the staff helpful and friendly. We played golf two of the days and spent some time relaxing at the unit and at the pool & hot tub.

I booked this RCI location to put us in the region of Zion and within reach of Bryce Canyon... It did NOT disappoint and turned out to be a great accommodation! The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The biggest praise I can give is to the cleanliness of the rooms/bathrooms though as they were very clean. I seriously do not think I've ever stayed at a location that had such spotless bathrooms! Even the caulking around the tub looked fresh! Completely recommend this location for St. George for for taking treks to across the surrounding area to check out the sites. The drive to Zion was around the 1hr mark and it was 2hrs to Bryce Canyon.
